I had a very positive experience with Alliance Express and specifically with Crystal--who assisted me with setting up with access to the online portal. She was courteous, professional and also very helpful with providing assistance in ways my mother can save on her bill. Alliance Express is lucky to have an employee in Crystal.

Darlene was extremely helpful as she scheduled my service cleaning and reviewed my contract options for the coming year. She patiently explained my contract and budget options and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure speaking /working with her!

I called last week to renew my cap price program and spoke to Darlene who was extremely helpful. I was able to renew with a decent price and also Darlene scheduled my yearly furnace Cleaning. Darlene also sent me information on the tank protection program I had asked about. I am a long time customer back to the White Fuel days and I can't think of a better company to do business with.
