Boiler exhibited soot, and Darlene called the technician ... Technician came the same day and took care of the problems ... technician even spent time to tune up the boiler ... 2. We need tune up on 2 central A/C ... Darlene immediately booked an appointment for us in July ... 3. I want to understand the technology and promotion regarding individual room control ... Darlene transferred my call to sales ... All questions and request for service resolved all at once. Thank you so much.

We have had Alliance Express since we moved into our house in 2017. Usually oil companies can be a little difficult with payments but Darlene brought me to tears this week!! We have all seen the insane amounts of inflation and we wanted to opt into a payment plan that we could afford. Her level of understanding and consideration was something you just don’t see anymore! They helped us more than I could ever explain and we are so grateful and appreciative! I would recommend Alliance to anyone looking for an oil company. Their customer service is excellent, their services are quick, and they have a family feel company!

THE WORST! Claimed my tank needed to be replaced. Sent their team to inspect to be sure. No one called to follow up on next steps, yet refused to deliver. When I followed up as low on oil, l their replacement cost was 30% higher than others. Once it was replaced refused to deliver until a handful of undisclosed documents and permits and inspections were completed (I get it, but thanks for the lack of a heads up). Now I’m so try a new tank, no oil, and a holiday weekend in New England. TRUST ME, no matter the offer, go elsewhere otherwise you will end up like me. SORRY and without oil.

Darlene Dahlquist was on the ball. I had difficulty using the portal, and she helped me lock in my price protection plan as well as schedule an appointment for the annual cleaning of my furnace.
