Alliance Express

Alliance has taken good care of us for 23 years (and counting). We dutifully got a second quote when our furnace needed to be replaced (original furnace from 1948, so 75 years old), and it was on par or a little more expensive than Alliance. So we went with our "tried and true" and so glad we did, because it was a bonus that they are familiar with the house and the furnace. They guided us through the process and finished on time. When I needed to call, Darlene has always been extra helpful and goes out of her way to make sure my questions are answered.

In the teens and heading to single digits and my furnace won’t put out heat. I have a 24/7 service contract and they saved my bacon. Within two hours the service technician diagnosed and resolved my problems. 5 stars. Great support by the overnight technician. With temps heading to the low single digits, I was getting concerned, but my bacon was saved. 5 stars.

I just spoke with Jessica, based in the Connecticut office, and she was fantastic. She went above and beyond and without me asking, helped me connect my two separate accounts. She also explained the auto-billing procedures, made sure I understood to do it before next delivery or I would have to manually pay, and also went over a few current promotions. She was amazing. She has stellar communication skills, and was friendly, knowledgeable, smart, and efficient. Thank you, Jessica!

Alliance Express has the best prices for heating oil delivery and will set up automatic delivery as well so you never run out of oil. I'm so glad I finally set up a contract with a locked in price ceiling. Oil prices have been out of control and this definitely helped put my mind at ease.

Crystal was super helpful, walked me through multiple inquires - annual pre-buy renewal options, current billing, history of annual purchases, scheduling appointments for AC and heat service (suggested and found a single date to do both). It was a real pleasure working with such a pro! Thanks

Our AC stopped working in 90 degree weather. Alliance Express sent a technician first thing on a Saturday morning, in contrast to another company that had a week-long wait. He diagnosed two problems that he quickly solved. I couldn’t be more relieved and grateful. Having a real expert available makes all the difference.

We’ve been faithful Alliance customers for over a decade and today I called Alliance to go over my mother’s heating contract and their customer service is always on point. I spoke with Darlene, who is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in order to help make decisions that will keep my elderly mother warm during the cold winter months.

Their service technicians are great, extremely knowledgeable & qualified for any job. I have an old system, which is still great because of their technicians. Top notch company! Returned home Sunday evening to find a cold house and my heating system had shut off. No heat ...No hot water. Called Alliance and their excellent technician Jim arrived in a timely manner. Jim carefully and thoroughly checked my heating system, analyzed the issue and got my system up and running. What a relief to have the heat back on. Jim is very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Always happy to answer my questions. Alliance has great service!
After heating system had restarted for a few hours, it dveloped an air bubble and could not put out full heat. Jim returned, flushed the system and heat fully came on. Great service. Excellent and efficient system analysis. My system is fully up and running. Thank you Allaince.

We've used Alliance for approximately 30 years now. They always arrive as scheduled and do excellent work. Both office staff and techs are pleasant and knowledgeable. Great in emergencies too. Once we had no heat on Xmas Eve and they were right here to make repairs. They also installed our great new furnace and water heater. A++++!!
