It's early June 2020 and I attempted to turn my current A/C systemon. All it did was blow luke warm air. I had remembered that Casey HVAC had serviced my neighbor's heating system last winter. So I decided to call them. The office sent out Geoff who immediately diagnosed my problem and fixed the wiring on my NEST thermostat.. He recharged my A/C system and came back a few days later. Both the outside and inside coils were leaking. Next step was to meet with the salesman, Bob and I purchased a new HVAC system.
My installation took place on 6/19/2020 and 6/22/2020. Casey assigned Mark Reed as my technician for the install. Mark was punctual arriving before 7 am on both mornings. His display of professionalism,confidence and knowledge of my new HVAC system gave me reassurance that I made the right decision. As the install progressed he kept me informed of the status and seamlessly resolved any minor issues that came up.
At the end of the install, he showed me where my filter was within the HVAC system, and explained how to replace it. He also reviewed where all of the operating switches were located. Once again being thorough , professional, and a true master at his craft.

I was then referred back to the office and I called Laura Silvestre. I was able to settle my bill promptly with her. She explained that she will complete both warranties and send them to me. Laura emailed them completed to me within a half hour. That is outstanding customer service. She also reviewed and scheduled my maintenance for September (prior to the heating season) and also explained Casey‘s maintenance program (which I will be a future member of).

In closing Casey HVAC and their employees get a five star from me.

Kudos to Dave Casey and his Company. My Furnace went dead the day before Thanksgiving leaving no heat for the next 4 days. Called Casey Heating and Bob came over to evaluate the situation. We needed a new furnace and on Monday two of his heating workers installed a new TRANE furnace. They were very polite and personable. Great Company. I recommend them to everyone!

I had called several HVAC companies looking for the solution I had in mind. After several quotes, I found Casey. They responded to meet my needs, at a good price, and were a pleasure to work with during the installation. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank and recommend Casey heating and a/c INC. I had three contractors come over to look at my problem and as nice as they were I got three entirely different quotes. Then with low hopes I tried one more company and glad I did. The man that came over was Eric Henrikson and he looked over the problem took some measurements which no one else did and sat down explained the situation that even a layman could understand and gave me a great price. Well needless to say we hired him. When the workers came over which was at least over five did a fantastic job each one was a specialty at his own job example one was an electrician another a plumber and the rest were all very qualified. Well I could keep going on about this company but I’ll end with this , when I hire someone I expect a job well done and that is what I got! You won’t be disappointed hire them now!!!

We recently had a new ac system installed in our home. The system works great. The workers were professional and very courteous. All my questions were answered promptly. We were given different options and choices for systems and were guided to the one that would benefit us the most.
