Hired Casey to install new AC and heater. Techs were friendly and professional. My biggest concern is the amount of time it took to get scheduled (after paying half the cost upfront) and the amount of time it took to get installed and working. Was told 2 days, started on a Thursday and we didn’t have working AC until Tuesday.

We love our new Mitsubishi A/C system and runs great. We would like to thank Nick, Jorge, Shane, and Mike. They were all professional and addressed our concerns. Geoffrey did a great job getting our system up and running. He certainly knows his stuff. Even our Mini Schnauzer liked him which he is stand offish to people he doesn't know. I would like to thank Laura for helping me. She is very kind and professional.

Our 15 year year old HVAC system had several issues, some from when it was new and others it developed over time. It needed to be replaced. I spoke to several contractors and they all quoted to replace the system in the same manor which did not work so well. Casey was the only one that proposed some options and we went with this. The installation work is impeccable. Dave and his team were great to work with from start to finish.

Casey installed central air conditioning on the second floor of our home April 2021. I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and care they took to not make a mess of the house while doing such an invasive project. At the completion of their installation I had a few minor punch list items for them to address. They brought back a crew the same day amd completed the punch list to my expectations and satisfaction. I would use Case HVAC again, without a doubt.

We recently had a new Trane variable speed heat pump installed at our home. The team was great to deal with from the initial site visit to laying out the various options we had to upgrade our old system. They answered all of our questions & made us feel very comfortable with our decision. Installation & programming of the unit went very well. I would highly recommend Casey for your next project. I usually never write these but i was amazed by how good these guys were. Price was good but the workers were excellent. they cleaned up every day like they weren't even there. The office staff took care of all my mass Save forms and were fast as lighting. Every time I called they picked up the phone and they responded to email within minutes.
They even asked everyday what time I wanted them at my house to start work. they were never late and worked past five every day to get the job done. They even fixed a few things the saw that weren't even about the job they were doing.
There isn't anybody else you would want doing work then these guys. I'm very impressed with everything they did. Top notch all the way through

We are very happy with our new mini-split system, which we have used so far for both cooling and heating our home. Everyone that we worked with at Casey has been wonderful from the salesman to the office staff to the installers to the guy who came to our house to explain how the system works.

Casey Heating was great. I had my old heatpump replaced with a new one. Their staff was punctual and courteous. I'm writing this review a month after the install as I wanted to ensure the Heat Pump worked as expected before writing a review. It's one of those things that I now appreciate a lot more when things go right as I've had many prior experiences with plumbing, electric, handyman etc where things don't go well and it's a nightmare dealing with poor quality work and having to take time off from work etc. The other thing I appreciated very much is how Laura from Casey promptly filed the rebate forms with the state without me having to do any of this. I was very happy when I received the $1050 check from Eversource just yesterday.

Would highly recommend Casey HVAC! The high velocity AC has made our home very comfortable and fresh. The whole process with Casey from before contract to install to technician and job completion was a pleasant experience....the staff were very professional and polite. Working in a tight space while we were living there couldn’t have been easy and we were so impressed with how nice accommodating everyone was: Bob, Brian, Marc, Jim, Deon, Horta...literally everyone.

They installed an HVAC system in our home. They left silver ducts exposed in our bedrooms and closets after they assured us it would look nice and not be left that way. It does not look nice, it’s hideous. The system works fine but they literally left our house looking like a warehouse, unfinished, on the second floor. We did not contact the company to complain because they know how they left our home and did not return to do what they promised. That’s just bad business.

These are cost we will have to absorb down the line because of an unfinished job.

Would not recommend this company to homeowners we know, or use them on our other properties, based on the results.
