After getting 4 quotes, I selected Urban to replace my aging AC units with heat pumps. Ross helped navigate the many decisions, and found a great path forward. Work was done promptly and with expert care. Very happy to with the results.

Removed our existing heating system and replaced with a Bosch heat pump and propane furnace. Installed a mini split heat pump in our attic loft. Absolutely great people to work with. I have used urban heating and AC on more than one occasion. For ducted air source heat pump installation as well as split systems. Ross takes it to a whole new level neat clean installation for the right price. Very happy we chose urban and would definitely hire them again in the future.
