Urban Heating & AC came out to install a heat pump, as our unit was old and needed to be replaced. Ross was very professional and always available to us if we had any questions. His crew was on time and did an amazing job, making sure to check the operation of the heat pump and thermostat, and that we were satisfied with everything before they left. Highly recommended.

Kevin was great, we had a no-heat situation in the dead of winter. He was able to diagnose the issue and replace the part to get the heat back on. We will be using them again as we are looking to replace our dated system.

They are so quiet, you wouldn’t know that they’re running. And so efficient! He has a great team working for him. They’re all very knowledgeable, friendly and very hard working! Plus my heating system is old, so good to have a backup and a choice for heat. Took me awhile to figure out the cooling, one big unit downstairs and two smaller units upstairs. This is my second time using Ross and his company to install a ducted heat pump to our home and we also got a water heater installed as well. Each project that we had was complex since we have a very old home but his team did a tremendous job in a timely and efficient manner. They do a great job making everything look clean and the equipment works great for us. Ross is also very responsive if you have any questions or concerns and he likes to check in to see how the equipment is working. I would definitely recommend Urban Heating and I will continue to use them in the future.

Very easy to contact, informed me of a $10.000 rebate that I had no idea about that I qualified for so the job that would’ve costed me $15,000 only cost me $5,000. Got my whole central air/heat replaced in a day. Would use again for sure. 👌🤌🤌
