Ross from Urban Heating & AC is super helpful. He is responsive and showed up on time to help with our heating/AC issues. He was friendly while also being informative on the problems we were having. He resolved the issues promptly and we'll definitely be using his company again when necessary in the future.

Ross and his team helped take our large 180 year old house, and equip it from top to bottom with modern, highly efficient mini-splits. This was a big, complex job and they could not have been better. His team was always polite, considerate of the property, inside and out, and the product is fantastic. If you are looking to get the best product at a very fair price from an incredible team, Urban is hands down the team to buy from. They are even helping us to get what rebates we are eligible for!

Very happy with this company. We called on a 0° day because our gas heating system died. Spoke to Ross the owner who was very sympathetic and assured us he would get someone right out. They came out same day and determined what we needed to get the heat working. The tech went and got The replacement part and had us running in no time. These guys are awesome, very knowledgeable, and have a great quality of work. Highly recommend them, plus they offer no money down financing. I qualified for a heat pump, electric water heater and a new thermostat through the energy rebates program and also had my furnace replaced.

Ross was extremely professional and responsive. From receiving the quote to scheduling to install, he and his team were phenomenal. So down to Earth, were so fair and honest about their units, the value and their labor costs. They were by far the most reasonable and the level of service all around has been stellar. They installed my new furnace and central AC in one day - this included hooking the new system up to my electrical panel. Once installed, they showed me how to use it and how to maintain it. My systems are SO quiet!! I CANNOT recommend Urban Heating & AC enough. I have already shared their contact information to a few family members and will continue to recommend them.

We wanted to replace our water heater and furnace with an energy efficient option and install central A/C through the the Mass Save program. Urban Heating & AC was included in the list of approved contractors and after reading the very positive reviews we reached out to them. Ross, the owner, was really prompt in responding and unlike most of the contractors, he did not try to sell us things we didn’t need. Note that we received four quotes for the project and Ross’s was one of the most competitive. During the job, Ross provided us with updates on the progress. Ross finished the job on time and left everything in an immaculately clean state. I have extensive experience with contractors and I can say that Ross’s was one of the best. I highly recommend him and I would definitely use him again. Great job!

We just had Ross install central air conditioning to our home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this type if work. Ross was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and was so helpful in explaining what needed to be done. His price was competitive and he didn’t charge anything more than what was estimated. Everything was cleaned up when done and his employee was also very knowledgeable. We were very comfortable having them service our home.

Quality job! We recently had a new furnace (switching from oil to propane) and central air installed in our home. Ross was down to earth, honest and very knowledgeable. He was responsive to all of our questions and concerns prior to start of the job all the way through to the end of job. His team was polite, respectful and clean. Happy we listened to Ross’s recommendations, he clearly had our happiness in mind and focused on what would be worth spending our money on. The system has exceeded our expectations.
