Urban Heating & AC

Just hired these guys to do a complete rip and replace of my 20+ year old furnace and central ac. Super fast turnaround and good communication for the quote and scheduling and major props on being delayed by a nor'easter and re-scheduling and still getting the job done within the same week. Install crew were professional and easy to work with. Cleaned up everything once the job was complete. I ran the new equipment through my wattmetering and showed some noticeable efficiency improvements and less power draw on the new furnace fan and also the new ac compressor. Highly recommended.

Week of Christmas and our heat stops working at night. I called and Ross called me back ~20 seconds later. We explained our issue (thermostat said Rh no power, after fiddling we didn't think it was a thermostat issue, we also tried vacuuming our condesator line, that didn't seem to be the problem either.. we were stumped). We were able to facetime and show him our system and after about ~2 minutes he realized the power source to our furnace wasn't working. He walked us through everything and we were able to fix it together in less than 30 minutes. Ross was so incredibly knowledgeable, a great communicator, and came through for us promptly (and saved us a LOT of money!). After a year of everything going wrong with our house (and costing $$$), being able to quickly call and resolve this issue and not having to wait until the morning in a freezing house was such a blessing. Highly, highly recommend Ross for all your HVAC needs and couldn't be happier with how this turned out!

I never write reviews, but my expiernce with Urban warrants one. Ross and his crew were nothing short of professional. I recently bought a new house, which needed a new heating system. Called urban and within a week had a brand new boiler. Very much recommend.

Came home from a friends house on christmas eve around 8p.m. to find my house cold with no heat. I found a service tag hanging from the furnace so i called the company on the tag to see if they could help me in which they couldnt. Ended up calling Ross and explained the situation i was in and we were able to figure out the problem. Ross explained to me step by step what we had to do to fix said problem for time being. A few days later he came over and fixed the problem and tuned everything up.

It was the middle of a heat wave with temps at 98 degrees and my central air unit stopped working. I call 15 different companies and the earliest they said was 2 weeks. I called urban heating and they said tomorrow. It was imperative that my ac get fixed because my mother has severe copd. Ross the own came he was friendly professional and super efficient. Everything was fixed and done within 20 minutes. Cost was great and very low for what was fixed. I did some research for this after he left. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I called without any heat and within 24hrs they came out, Ross gave an estimate and promised to have my heating system replaced the following day. This is a quality team of conscientious and polite technicians. My entire project (full ac system replacement) went smooth and quick. Ross is very bright and understands exactly what our issues were and how to correct them. The technicians who were on site really cared about performing a professional job. They were very courteous. After the last storm we had we lost power. Once that was restored our heat did not come back on. Next morning (Sunday) we started calling “hvac 24/7 emergency service” only to leave messages on a machine and never got a call back. Then I found the number for URBAN HEATING AND AIR. The phone was actually answered by Ross (no machine). I told him my issues and he interrupted his day to assist me. Worked with me over the phone and when all his suggestions didn’t work he stopped what he was doing to come over and look at my problem. He diagnosed the issue and realized the transformer needed to be replaced. Not having one in stock he was able to make arrangements to pick one up the next morning and got us up and running first thing. I would highly recommend this company for any hvac needs.
