Urban Heating & AC

Had a multi-split Fujitsu AC unit installed. Professional all the way. From returning phone calls quickly, to the workmanship performed. The entire crew were considerate of my home and property. Closing outside doors, wiping feet, laying drop cloths, and most importantly. Cleaning up after themselves. Both inside and out was left spotless. The Fujitsu unit itself was installed clean and neat, within the 2 days listed in the contract.
I will not hesitate in the future to hire Urban Heating & AC again.

I called these guys in the middle of a little heat wave, my central AC wasnt working and the fan in the condenser outside was not spinning. Within 5 minutes of calling, the owner Ross called me back and said he would be out asap. I called literally every HVAC contractor from Taunton to Plymouth and not one of them could come within 2 weeks. Ross came out and had my problem diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours. He told me he doesn't typically take service calls (being the owner), and was extremely backed up with service calls due to the heat. I owe him big time, and i wont use anyone else for HVAC going forward.

Had a great experience with Urban Heating and AC and would highly recommend them. They installed a Lennox Heating snd A/C system at my home in Marshfield - their pricing beat the competition and they are very responsive to any requests. Ross and his team are very professional and the quality of workmanship was very high. Ross assisted us in receiving the local power company utility rebates in a timely manner which showed that he goes the extra mile to satisfy his customers. Thumbs up on Urban!

Was lucky to find this company, Ross was very responsive to my indecision, agreeable to my requests, and came when he said he would and he and his crew did a great job. He even picked up my stove at Lowe's when the delivery schedule didn't mesh. Talk about going the extra mile. I would definitely recommend Ross and his company.

Thank you Ross for the help with my furnace. I called 4 different companies, Ross was the only one to answer and informed me what I should be doing over the phone rather than coming out for no reason. When that didn’t work he stopped by same day and fixed my problem on the spot. Very friendly and profession. Would highly recommend.

After not getting anyone to help me with my broken heater, I happened upon Urban Heating. Ross responded and assessed the problem. Parts had to be ordered and as soon as they came in he promptly fixed my heater. I would highly recommend this company, and if the need arises, I would use them again!!

Ross and his team are very hard working. They worked all day in the heat and pouring rain and got the job done!!!! They are very friendly and easy to talk to. They are a very professional. When they left everything was clean like they weren’t even here!!! I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!!

Horrible experience. Ross promised a " so called Diagnostic charge" refund for his " guy," leaving my home with a water leak ( within hours after leaving) and then ignored me for days. Finally calls back and says that 24 hour service is only for his customers. Said he was no longer going to refund because I cancelled in less than 24 hours. What a snake.
