Casey installed our AC system a few years ago and had a good experience with them then. However, this summer the system stopped working and they apparently are terrible with helping their customers after the sale/install. It started off well with them sending someone to take a look quickly and determined the coil needed to be replace which was under warranty, but I would have to pay for the labor to replace the part. I would have hoped they would stand by the system they installed and fixed the warranty part without charging me, but I didn't complain and gave them the go-ahead and agreed to the labor charges. A few days later I received a call saying they should have the part by the end of the week or early the next week. That's where they stopped communicating completely! A week past and I called to check on the part. I texted the person who came out to the house, called the office and left a message, called the office and spoke to someone who told me someone would call me back to give me an update, and called and left another voicemail. No response at all! After a month of no AC I finally gave up and called someone else who came out and replaced the part just a couple days later and is working on getting me a reimbursement for the part under warranty. I would not recommend Casey Heating and Air Conditioning to anyway! Terrible customer service after the initial install. Luckily, I have now found a reliable company that will communicate with their customers!

Had a manufacturers defect 10 months after install during a heat wave (of course!). Replacement parts were not available right away. They took parts from a new system and got me going. Geoff Greet did the service and he was very knowledgeable and quick. Was a 130 degrees in the attic when he did it. God bless him. Casey HVAC are great to work with a will do whatever is possible to get you going. Thank you for your help and your expertise.

Marc was prompt at responding to my calls and went out of his way to fully explain any questions that I had. The contractors took their time to install the new furnace properly and had nice, clean workmanship. Even the younger guys that came out to insulate the ductwork were polite and efficient. After another company cancelled on me, the day before for install date for asking a simple question, in the middle of a cold spell, Casey was able to install the same unit next day! Much appreciated and highly recommended!

The entire experience was positive. We were contacted immediately following our inquiry and the project was completed within a month. It was a huge project to remove an entire hvac system and replace it with a high efficiency system that will accommodate an addition down the line. Casey listened to all of our needs and included us in the whole planning process. They gave us plenty of options. The crew were always professional and friendly. They even went out of there way to make sure our dogs were comfortable with them in and out of the house! I can't say enough great things about this company.

I used Casey HVAC for a ~3500 sqft heat pump retrofit at my mother's house. I called several companies before calling Casey HVAC. Upon seeing the size and complexity of the project these companies never called me back (would have appreciated a call such as "thanks for the opportunity to bid on this job, but we'll pass"). This was frustrating because we had spent weeks getting a Mass Save consultation and a HEAT loan for the work.

By contrast - David Casey called me right back within 30 minutes after I submitted an online inquiry on a weekend. Within a few days Ryan came out to scope the job. It was challenging but Ryan applied his years of install experience to design a system that fully met our requirements.

We were given a realistic timeline for the job to start, which the install team met. Once the installers arrived they were pleasant and professional. I made a point to go down there on the day the job started to meet the team and answer any questions they had, but this really wasn't needed because Ryan and the team lead did a very complete walk through of the property.

My mom is very pleased with her new system. She now has central air conditioning which she says leaves the house smelling fresher. It mitigates some dampness issues we've always had ever since I can remember. And with the price of oil going nowhere but up due to geopolitical events, we are looking forward to heating the house with the heat pump and having the oil burner as a backup rather than the primary heat source.

Next time I need HVAC work, Casey HVAC will be the first company I call. I would strongly recommend you call them for your project, too.

Casey HVAC did a fantastic job installing our Mitsubishi mini splits.
From the first meeting with the salesman, Tim, to telephone calls with Marc & the great installation by Trevor and his installers, we were very pleased with their knowledge, professionalism, and quality service.
Getting the ductless mini splits was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for home remodeling.

While I was really impressed with the installation team the maintenance part is horrible. They contacted me for this maintenance. twice now they have not shown up on an agreed upon appointment and verified the day before the appointment. No call to explain. apparently my and my tenants wasted time does not matter to them I am very disappointed and can no longer recommend them

Eric came to do our initial walk through. He took us through the entire process explaining everything as he went and answering all of our questions and there were many.

We knew that it was going to be a couple of weeks before starting the project but they kept us informed the entire time of when they would be arriving and arrived as promised.

Dion managed the project and they were amazing. They showed up early, worked the entire day through some pretty hot days, and vacuumed everything so that you couldn't tell they were even in the home.

We love our new system and we highly recommend Casey for any of your air conditioning or heating needs.
