Company was quick to respond to initial and follow up calls/ e-mails. We needed a new gas heater and ac. Replacing oil for gas. This was mid January and we only had heat in half of the house. Casey HVAC was aware of this and made sure he got to us ASAP. Installation process was fantastic. Professional and nice guys working for them. Nick and Mike were sent to do our system. Great guys. Did great work. Nice, professional employees, all around good guys. Can’t really say anything wrong about this company. Everything went smoothly and in a very quick manner. Work was clean, correct and all around well done. Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

The Casey team did a great job installing our new Central air system in our house. They have a great team of experts to ensure a proper installation. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Casey's was by far the best Quote I received with higher end equipment than other quotes.
The teams showed up on time every morning and cleaned up each night once complete. Every steps was communicate and work off your suggestions if changes are needed.
I would highly recommend Casey Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking at installing Central Air.

The overall installation was good , communication got off to a rocky start. Had a free estimate for a new oil furnace and central air system installation . Was told to place half down as a deposit and they will begin pulling the permits and get me installed in 2 weeks . Called after two weeks and they asked me if I was calling the right place , which was upsetting to not even be known as a customer who has already given 5,000 to start the project. They then said it would be a one day job and that they will drop off all the equipment needed the next Monday , on Monday I called , as they no called no showed . Tuesday they called and said it would be the next day , they sent one guy to deliver the unit and he needed help getting it out of the van , which luckily I was able to provide help with since the furnace was a few hundred pounds . They started on Thursday morning and had two guys come out and said they’ll have it all done that day , which was the hottest day of the year . One guy left and the remaining worker was working aggressively from 830am till 9pm at night . I made him dinner since he was trying to get ac going, however once it started raining and lightning I sent him home . They then had to come back the next two days to get the ac running and then to calibrate the oil furnace . I am happy with how everything was installed and everything is working properly , however their communication with the customer left much to be desired in this instance.

We used Casey HVAC to set up a second zone in our house, while installing AC and replacing the furnace. We were so impressed with their work and truly could not recommend them enough. They were very responsive and answered every question that we had. Even more so, they were very respectful of our property and always wore masks/followed COVID protocol. We feel as though we got a great value for what we received and would hire them again/recommend them to anyone!

Casey’s was great! All the workers were friendly and responsive to questions. They always arrived on time, and cleaned up at the end of the day. We’re so thankful to have this knowledge team help us with our new central air install, our new water heater install, and duct vents for our lower level. This team is wonderful to work with. Thank you!

I must say I called Casey a week ago , I’m on the Cape in Falmouth and they completed everything today.
They meaning Gary, Deon, Kyle and Tim could not have been more responsive to my needs and the care of my property. I’m happily riding on a Trane with my new install.

Every person I dealt with at Casey- from the initial estimate to the install crew to the electricians, office staff, etc. were absolutely fantastic to deal with. They did everything they said they were going to do and did it on time and for the price agreed

Ended up going with Casey because they were the only company that pointed out a small adjustment in ductwork that was required to make the central AC system work (that was Bob during the initial estimate)

I Recently used Casey Heating & AC at my home in Weymouth. I had received their contact through a friend in the trades and I was told "Dave Casey was the best". From the initial phone call, through the final install and rebate redemption paperwork, Dave and his team were outstanding.

I was having issues heating an apartment and needed to have an evaluation of my current heating system, and to look at alternative options for supplemental heat. Casey's team members took the time to walk through my house, look through all the systems and explain to me what they thought was happening, as well as offer me options as far as solutions. I quickly received pricing for the options I requested and upon making my decision was locked into their calendar soon there after. I Really could not have asked for a smoother process. On top of the service, I truly believe I received a superior product in terms of my ductless system.

I would highly recommend Casey and his team for any and all HVAC needs!

Casey HVAC is a very responsive and responsible company. The workers showed up on time and did a wonderful job of installing a 3 zone ductless mini split air conditioning and heat system.. They were all very cordial and helpful. All my questions were answered before and after the installation by Marc, their engineer. I would definitely recommend this company 5 stars all the way!
