Casey HVAC replaced my central Heat & A/C system, which was well beyond it's expected lifetime, very inefficient and not well balanced in the home. My house is much more comfortable and my energy bills are lower - thank you Casey HVAC!

My home was quite a challenge, it was built in 1850 and had many generations of HVAC work done over the years. As a result, duct work was everywhere, and as a typical Cape the second floor was always hot and first floor cold. Ryan from Casey HVAC spent time with us to understand our efficiency and indoor air quality objectives, comfort issues with the current system and our budget. Ryan and the team presented us with several proposals at varying price ranges and levels of comfort/control (zoning). We were also working with a dozen other HVAC contractors to get different proposals to meet our objectives. Casey HVAC had a pragmatic proposal that used parts of our existing system that saved us from having to open up finished walls while still being able to zone the system and make sense of the mess of duct work, and reduce the cost of the system. Casey's thoughtful proposals made more sense for our house, winning our business.

Installation took about a week and a half as it was not a straightforward project. After installation we noticed a few minor issues. Casey HVAC immediately dispatched service techs to adjust our system until it was perfect when we reported these issues, a benefit of Casey HVAC's scale and talented staff. With such a complicated system retrofitted to an old home some issues were bound to happen, and Casey HVAC was exactly the partner we needed to make it right.

We are about four months in with our new system, and couldn't be happier. Thanks again Ryan and the Casey HVAC Team!

We had an appointment for an air conditioning repair and the technician never showed up. We called and were told the technician was injured so we had to reschedule. We rescheduled for today and once again they never showed up. I called and the receptionist was really kind and said the scheduler would call me back. I have not heard back from them and doubt that I will. We have moved on to use another company. If you actually want service, I would recommend calling another company.

Casey did a excellent job on two homes I own. Fast quotes, installations were on time, and they did a great job. Highly recommend.

Worst HVAC company. Unprofessional customer service. I needed a piece of equipment for the heater and they are really terrible at service. They sent someone to take a look and he determined which piece equipment is faulty. A few days later they called that the piece of equipment should be there in 4 weeks. 12 weeks later and they don't know where the piece is, when they would have it. Every time it is: " I will call you later today in the afternoon". That never happens.

If you are looking for ductless AC for your home, Casey is definitely the company to go with!
From the first visit by Eric from Casey Heating and Air Conditioning, I was impressed with both the company as well as the product.
Eric took time to explain things thoroughly and courteously. I had chosen to install Mitsubishi ductless system based on hearing very good things about the system. Marc made two additional visits to my home (at our convenience) to discuss options and finalize measurements. He resolved any further questions that I had with thorough emails.
The installation took 1 3/4 days and at all times the crew was respectful, quiet and masked. They arrived on the date planned, on time, made little mess and cleaned everything up well at the end of each day. Marc supervised the operation and was easy to work with and aimed to please. With Dion's assistance, Brian installed all the piping as well as the two units with diligence and care. They performed as a very well-oiled machine and appear to be a team of pleasant and personable people who work well together and respect each other's work.
We have tried both the heating and cooling with the units and are impressed with their efficiency and very silent operation.
I am happy to give them my highest recommendation.

Reached out to this company for an estimate for installation of ducted heat pump. They answered all f our questions. Quote was reasonable when compared to others. Very pleasant interaction with the rep, Rich B, who was responsive and upfront; rep also knowledgeable about Mass Save program incentives. Casey HVAC may be our top option once we choose to prioritize this installation project.

My first contact with Casey's was on April 14th. Someone took my information and stated that someone would call me back on Monday the 17th. I did not get a call back so I called back on the 18th. I spoke to Chris, seemed very professional, once again I had to give all of my info as well as the details of the system I wanted maintenance for. He scheduled my appointment for Monday May 8th at 1:00. He also stated that I would get an email confirming the appointment as well as a quote. I received no email, no quote. I let it go and waited until today, figured I might get a reminder call of the appointment but I didn't. I called in at 8:30 AM to confirm my appointment. once again, the receptionist took my info, could NOT confirm my appointment and said someone would call me back. An hour passed, no call, so once again I called back. Spoke to Chris who confirmed my appointment but said instead of 1:00, it would have to be 2:00 since someone was on vacation. When 2:30 arrived with no contact, I called to to inquire yet again. With no answer available from the receptionist, I cancelled the job entirely. I cannot judge their actual service but as far as customer communication is concerned, I would not recommend them.

Called in January was told first service appt was in April, I scheduled, they no call no show. I called them, got a call back, so sorry, rescheduled for today. No call no show. Both times when I called to see why they didn’t show, they knew nothing about our appointment, didn’t know what they were supposed to do, or had any way of figuring it out.

I called the owner, Dave, wouldn’t take the call nor call back. I guess he is scared to face another dissatisfied customer. It’s dangerous to do business with people who are not accountable for their business. At least have the guts to take responsibility. Proceed with extreme caution.
