totally unprofessional. had me pre-pay services that I explained I needed done at 9AM BEFORE I signed purchase and sale agreement which had to be signed Tuesday. He never showed up and called at 10 AM while 2 brokers and seller were there waiting. I called at least 10 times. Most of the time he never answered. By late morning, everyone had to leave. By 3:30,I cancelled him. I could not sign purchase and sale agreement. He showed no remorse and did not apologize. DO NOT use this company!

Casey helped me remove my gas furnace and central air unit for a single heat pump, with mini split units in the hard to reach areas. Sales guy understood exactly what I was looking to do, and quoted me in a timely fashion. Installation was quick and painless, and they even helped me apply for the MassSave rebate I was eligible for.

Casey's people converted me from a ridiculously inefficient , troublesome dinosaur oil heating system to a clean and quiet highly efficient (95% AFUE) natural gas system. All parties involved were outstanding from start to finish, big details and small. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone

Extremely happy with this company. They came on time and even earlier
than expected to get the job done. Professional in every aspect. Replacing the furnace and removing the old one in the attic was a task which was completed in 1 1/2 days. The hook up took another day and everything was up and running great! Just in time before winter. I recommend Casey Heating and Air Conditioning if you want the job done right!

The installation was started on the date they set. Gary and Bryan
did the job and were polite and neat. They removed the old a/c and furnace. A day later there was a slight problem with the a/c.
I called Mark and within 45 mins Geoff arrived and in 10 mins he corrected the problem, he was very professional. I was pleased with the finished product.

I researched local HVAC companies and Casey's was highly recommended. I replaced an attic gas furnace and had 2 zone AC system changed to new refrigerant and 2 new compressors. They provided a fair estimate, obtained the necessary equipment, showed up on time and completed the work on schedule. The two techs - Nick and Jorge were great. Jay the supervisor was also very professional and arrived with the crew each morning and kept us informed on work schedules and status. They were professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions. A real good crew. Highly recommended.

Casey professionals were responsive and helpful at every stage of my project to install a ducted heat pump HVAC system for my older home. They were willing to work with me to qualify for a state program with a fast-approaching deadline to apply for funding to defray my costs. Their installation timeline was quick, in comparison to the estimates of competing contractors. Their crew were very personable and professional and answered my questions and responded to my requests. Office staff were also very responsive in providing needed documentation to complete the funding process. I would highly recommend Casey HVAC.

The coil on our Trane system corroded last year in Aug 2020. With all the supply chain issues it was impossible to get a coil. We ended up going with another company for the coil which was a mistake. A year later it still wasn’t working. I called Mark at Casey and told him what was going on. He sent a tech over right away who was great and knowledgeable. He found the issue was actually the condenser. A week later and just in time for the 90 deg days we have AC. Can’t thank them enough.

Had been shopping around for a reputable company to install (after years of saving) a new furnace and central air conditioner system. Met with 5-6 companies, it was big expense so wanted to make sure we would not be let down. Needless to say after meeting with Bob and realizing a company like Casey does still exist a company that has well educated first contacts that answers every question right off the top of their head because they know the answer. That brings us to the installation. Awesome!! “Yeah we start the install at 7:00am” sure I’ve heard that before but 6:45 Nick and Mike are in front of the house ready to go. They started and didn’t take a break until all the old equipment was removed and cleared out and ready for the new. I could go on and on but when I read reviews and I do, it’s important to me to understand the whole story. Let’s just sum it up by Mike and Nick kept going electricians showed up right on time looking professional did nice clean work and the system was beautiful and ready to go by 4:00pm. We love it so much more efficient like Bob said and quite. Took the opportunity to install a Trane Clean Effects air filter system and glad we did. Bottom line will spread the word Casey is the company to use. Thanks to the whole team. Laura thank you for taking care of the warranty registration and mass save rebates for us.

Our nanny had Casey install her AC system and she had recommended them to us - so hoping I can do the same.

We wanted to use a local company and Casey came out and gave us a quote very quickly; I even changed my mind twice on what we wanted to do and Casey wrote up the different quotes with pretty upfront pricing and financing options so I could easily weigh my options. We went with the Synchrony financing, which is a very easy process to complete right through their website.

From there, the install scheduling was accurately communicated and the installation guys showed up promptly just before 7am on the first day (and other days) to begin working. Due to covid we are both working from home and have a baby and nanny at home, and everyone that came to the house for the AC work was tremendously considerate of noise, communicating which rooms they had to cut down into and when, and was very careful about using drop cloths and vacuuming up after themselves. Took 2-3 days and at the end of each day, you couldn't even tell they were there.

Also (SO FAR) the AC system is money - makes the house very cool and comfortable even around ~72 degrees. I highly recommend.
