Casey HVAC came by and gave us the estimate for Split AC work done to our house through the Mass Save program. Bob was friendly and gave us an honest feeling to him instead of a sleezy salesman gut reaction.

The various crews that came out for the project were professional, friendly, and answered my questions about the process. They left the house as clean as they found it when they first started.

I am very happy with the split AC's they put in. I would recommend to anyone looking at this review. I will be using them in the future for my HVAC needs.

Awesome job by Nick and Jorge . They worked so hard all day to installl my new heating and cooling system. They were prompt , courteous, neat and knowledgable. From first contact Casey Heating has been top notch. Do not hestitate to use this company . You wont be disappointed!

I called and spoke with Mark and described a repair I needed to replace some worn foam insulation sleeving on my 20 year old central A/C which I've had routinely maintained and is in excellent operating condition. He said the system was old and they would want to replace it rather than do a repair and it fail. He never set an appointment to look at this minor repair he just wanted to sell me an entire new central A/C system...I have 4 zones. Imagine that cost, when everything works just fine now! He didn't want to do a little repair job, just sell me a entire new system with a huge price tag! Not impressed AT ALL...

I recently used Casey to replace my 30+ year old furnace and install central AC to my condo. They made everything easy; from the initial consultation and quote to the installation and walkthrough with the head of their service department. Everything went without a hitch. I would highly recommend using Casey for your HVAC needs.

I have four units (3 residential, 1 commercial) installed and periodically maintained by Casey HVAC. Each unit installed has operated efficiently over the past decade they've been in use. I would estimate I've called ten times over the years when the units require attention. EVERY time I've called they have promptly responded, came out almost immediately and took care of the problem that day. Wouldn't hesitate to call them for installation or service.

Great company to work with. Bob came out and gave us a quote same day. Within a week technicians came into the house and installed a new furnace, AC coil, AC condenser and thermostat all in 3 days.
