We had our existing furnace kick the bucket and were without heat in early November. It was a difficult time of year to even get a call back. We saw that Casey was well reviewed from a few different sources so I gave them a call. Mark got back to us the same day and scheduled someone to come out later that week. We received our estimate and decided to hire them. We were expecting a cold snap and the team at Casey was able to juggle their schedule a little bit to get the removal and install done before the temps bottomed out. The demo team arrived right on time and had the old machine out before lunch time. The new furnace was dropped off and the electrician came for the afternoon install. They were out and all cleaned up by 3pm. Everyone was very professional and friendly. We were up and running and paid them the rest of what we owed. The estimate was right on and ended up being exactly what we paid. After the checks had been cashed their office manager contacted me and had signed everything up for warranty protection. She mentioned she found a rebate available through MassSave and had me send some current utility bills so she could apply for the rebate. I was blown away by that level of follow through after the job had been completed and payments were made. It certainly gives me comfort knowing how they do business if we need support for the system in the future. Very good experience with Casey Heating and Air Conditioning from start to finish.

The team did a great job installing both a new Trane furnace and a/c unit. They also installed new registers inside the house because our old ones are old and small. The team was courteous, on time and Very knowledgeable about all of the equipment. We had a few adjustments in our plan and the team happily made all adjustments to our liking.
I would recommend the team ( install, sales, office) as well as the equipment (Trane brand). The equipment is much quieter and so far we love it. I love the fact Laura is handling all of the warranty and rebate paperwork at their office so I don’t need to spend time doing that. Look forward to starting a maintenance plan with them too.

Casey Air Conditioning was a pleasure to work with the installation of our ductless air conditioning system. They were on time, respectful of our home, knowledgeable and coordinated with the electrician. The job went very smooth and we highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend their service for maintenance and repair of anyone’s system. I have a Trane and wanted a qualified repair with professionals who were well educated in this particular system. They took care of applying for all applicable rebates and assisted with applying for a home energy loan through Mass Save. They made the whole process as painless as possible and we did not go without heat thanks to the crew at Casey. Please consider giving them an opportunity to help you; I am extremely happy we did.

I needed a new furnace installed after its heat exchanger had cracked. Nick, Mike and the rest of their crew did a fantastic job installing a new one. They worked efficiently, cleanly, and professionally. They also answered every question I had to my satisfaction. I could only give four, and not five stars, for a couple of reasons. Through an office mix-up, and no fault of the installers, they arrived about three hours late, but they still had my furnace installed and up and running with heat the same day. Also, there was a minor drywall incident, but it wasn’t anything a little spackling and paint couldn’t handle. I’ll give Casey HVAC a call again should I need to.

We had a high velocity air conditioning system retro fitted into our 26 year old home. The Casey technicians were polite and professional for each phase of the installation process. They started on time and finished when they said they would. The system runs great.

Recently installed a new HVAC system in my home. Great work Start to finish. Both installers (Brian and Deon) and our techs (Jeff and Jim) are great guys, very professional and do top notch work. The Project manager Marc was great to work with and was up front and honest which is hard to find these days. highly recommend!

This was our first time with the Casey Team. They were very professional and caring. My wife and I were very impressed with their housecleaning approach. They cleaned the areas that they worked on at the end of the day, like they were never here. They came when they said they would and finished on time. Had an issue with my central AC and heat not turning on. Called Casey HVAC and Geoff was at my door the next morning. Troubleshoot, repair, and clean up all in 1 hour. Geoff was very professional, knowledgeable and educated me on my homes system. Fairly priced, would absolutely recommend Casey HVAC.
