I'm very happy with the entire process that Casey provided. Their timeline was very compact as compared with other AC installers. As well, they are very well organized when it comes to bringing equipment on site, the installation phase and the removal of unused supplies and refuse. Both of our installers were very careful moving around our home and inquired with us when questions arose. The project manager was great to work with and found a way to install that suited our needs.

Replaced a 30 year old heating/AC and installed a tankless water heater. Went with Casey based on the reviews on here. They were very responsive from the first time I contacted them. Did the job within a week of coming out for final walk through. All the workers were very friendly and professional. They addressed all my questions. Only issue was with the air filter location. Where it was originally would have been very difficult to replace. They came back and switched the access to make it easier to replace. So far so good with the heat and water heater. Look forward to trying out the A/C once the weather warms up.

CaseyHVAC came out to quote us very quickly and had a knowledgeable tech. This was our third quote and the price was great! Casey was the only company that documented the need for permits as part of the project plan, which was a HUGE piece of mind for me. Casey HVAC recently upgraded our central air conditioning system and we couldn’t be happier. First thing I always judge a service company on is their punctuality and they checked that box. All of the days during our quote appointment and two day installation they were 10 minutes early which is unheard of with many contractors. The quote appointment was great and we were provided a detailed overview and immediate quote. The actual installation was great. The entire crew were extremely professional, hard working, and highly efficient. In addition, the front office took care of all of the warranty and rebates for us. We couldn’t be happier with the overall experience and highly recommend this company for any HVAC services.

When we contacted CaseyHVAC for an estimate for a new gas heating installation, Eric came quickly and offered his suggestions. Their quote was very reasonable when compared with others. Tech person Nick came for installation and did his job in a very professional way. He is a very knowledgeable person and clarified all our doubts. I contacted Casey Heating and Air Conditioning to install central air conditioning throughout my 10 room house. I selected them because of the quality of the product they sell (Mitsubishi) as well as customer feedback that I read. While the job appeared to be challenging, the entire process went smoothly from the moment the sales rep, Eric, arrived to do a walk-through until the final install inspection by their Tech Specialist, Jeff.
The prep work prior to the install was thorough. Both Jay, who oversaw the project, and Dave Casey, did a walkthrough to insure all specs were in order. It was a re-assuring double check policy to insure we had a faultless install. Both men explained, in detail, the installation process. They listened to our concerns over placement of the outside condenser, inside mini splits, duct work in each room and made sure we were satisfied. We were!
Daily coordination and communication from their staff was excellent. The install crew of Dion and Brian worked diligently to set up the initial lines and air handler in the attic. They were professional, friendly and wore face masks when in contact with us. They kept as well informed of their progress. The follow up crew of Nick, Jorge and Shane did an outstanding job of wiring the entire house on the second floor as well as the mini splits on the first floor which connect to the outside condenser. The job was neat and it looked perfect on both the interior and exterior of the house. The subcontractor, Tom, did all the electrical work which was coordinated perfectly. Last of all, Laura, the super-efficient office worker, was very responsive from start to finish including handling the rebate documents. Overall, hiring and working with Casey HVAC was an EXCELLENT experience. A five star recommendation for the knowledge, professionalism and courtesy displayed at every level of their organization

I highly recommend Casey Heating and Air Conditioning. I was truly impressed in their well organized process for install, site review of my home, and sales process. Everyone was truly professional. I was impressed by the installers and electricians who took the utmost care during the installation. They also went through how to use the system thoroughly. It’s apparent this a well run company which can at times be difficult to find when dealing with contractors.
