I had to have my furnace replaced. David, along with Jordany, were the service techs who did the installation. They were both wonderful. They arrived on time, cleaned up afterwards, taught me a bit about the mechanics of how everything worked, etc. Beyond their professional expertise, they were both a joy to have in my home over the two-day period. I have the highest praise for them. In fact all of the people I have worked with at Atlantic Heating & Cooling have been wonderful.

Liam and Daniel installed a new hot water heater in my home this morning. They arrived at 0700 as planned and completed the installation ahead of time while doing a thorough job. Upon completion, Liam walked me though the new install pointing important safety features of the new heater and to call him back if there were any problems. I appreciate the team at Atlantic for all my home needs that have to do with A/C and heating. As a long time customer, I am always pleased with the professional work, the good value, and excellent quality given by Atlantic.

Highly recommend to anyone! We had a split duct system installed for heat and cooling. Quality and thorough work by all team members! I interacted many team members and all very nice human beings- Chris, Andy, Dave, Jon, Akiko and others but I forgot their names... I only had positive experiences and good things to say from the consult, installation to billing. They take time to really assess, evaluate and decide what works best for a home. We had several unexpected challenges and they were very thoughtful in figuring things out and consulting us. They were tidy inside and outside the house and work masks and shoe covers. We had to deal with Mass Save for a rebate which is not simple but Akiko helped us with all the various steps with patience. Pricing was very good when comparing with other companies. Worth the wait as they are busy. They answer questions quickly and are responsive. We love our new quiet, greener and energy saving system.

I had Atlantic Heating install mini splits in my house. They were responsible, professional and went the extra mile. Chris and Andy were very prompt in responding to my emails, phone calls and general concerns. I am very happy with the work done and the splits are already making a difference in keeping my house at a comfortable temperative as the seasons change. I recommend them highly.

Liam did a fantastic job installing 2 water heaters at our home. He also updated the gas line to support the addition of 2 55G water heaters and configured them perfectly so that if one ever goes we will continue to have hot water. Couldn't be happier with the level work, customer support, and communication that both Liam and GM Darren provided.

We had a great experience with Atlantic. They worked with us through a lot of possible solutions and helped us choose the one that fit our house. They had several planning meetings at our house, designed the system and then walked through it with us. The installation team worked so hard at fitting the ducts to the old bones of our house. They were so attentive and respectful of our living space and were careful to move furniture and clean up after every piece of work. Other contractors commented on what great work they did. Great experience overall and highly recommend them.

Liam and Jamie were both outstanding when my old (non-Atlantic) boiler died, four days before Christmas. Jamie was enthusiastic and super-responsive: on Monday morning I called; on Monday afternoon he visited; on Tuesday morning he had an estimate and an installation team ready to go for a reasonable, all-inclusive price. Liam then arrived on time (early, in fact) and proceeded to manage a completely seamless boiler removal and replacement. Liam was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, and most importantly calm - no drama or histrionics. I'm enormously grateful to Liam, Jamie, and the rest of the Atlantic team. They saved Christmas!

Atlantic Heating & AC is now my go-to company for all heating, air conditioning, and even plumbing. Recently my radiant heat tubing sprung a leak, due to bad flooring installation by an unrelated firm years ago. Derek Nord at Atlantic was able to diagnose and repair efficiently - without having to have the entire room ripped up. Trust Atlantic: I do.

Our old boiler finally succumbed when wind filled it with snow during the storm. Atlantic arrived late in the evening supplying us with space heaters to keep things from freezing. With expert advise from Darren and super competent installers Liam and Jon we were up and running again in no time. You can never predict when you'll need the team at Atlantic, but when you do they'll get it done.

Billy/Tony and other members of the crew were courteous,respectful,professional, and technically superb. From start to finish they were well organized. They attacked the task with teamwork and elicited backup when needed. There was no disruption of the normal household routine; is was as if they were not there. The result reflects skill and experience. We are pleased customers.

Furnace and condenser Installation went very well. Minor and his crew were great; efficient, friendly, helpful and neat. It was a little frustrating getting this job scheduled due to delayed return calls from Atlantic. Overall we are satisfied.
