We have an old steam pipe system in our house and no one has been able to help us. I called Atlantic and Eddie was able to do wonders. He tuned up the system and had it working. We also had a small issue one night and he was immediately responsive. Eddie knows what he's doing, is responsive, and just a great guy. I would highly recommend Eddie and his team to anyone!

On one of the coldest days of the winter our heat suddenly turned off. We called Atlantic Heating & AC at 9:30 and by 10:30 a technician was onsite. He was extremely nice and went to work quickly, getting the heat back up in running in very short notice.
He also did some ancillary checks proactively while he was here to make sure their wasn't another issue waiting.
A truly professional organization with great customer service and technically proficient employees. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

I just had a new water heater replaced and was very pleased with all the work they did. They were very sensitive to the pandemic. They wore masks, gloves, and called me on my cell phone if there were any issues with the installation. Before they left the area was clean and any questions I had about using it were patiently answered.

We have a two zone heating and air conditioning system in our home which was installed in 1993 and has been regularly serviced by Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning. Their service has been prompt, knowledgeable and thorough, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to other customers. Where we are located in the Northeast, such quick response can be crucial during a deep freeze or loss of power. High Marks for their operation!

Just had Ricardo from Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning out to repair our hot water boiler. My experience with Atlantic has been terrific. We have a not-so-common high efficiency boiler from Crown (Bimini BWC120) that we were convinced to install by our builder 10 years ago because he thought a domestic brand would be easier to get serviced and find parts than a foreign brand. Turns out it's a lot easier to service and repair foreign brands with bigger market shares than a domestic brand that gets bought out and discontinues its products. (To be fair, the unit has lasted 10 years without a problem).
Our unit started generating an E28 error code (not receiving signal from the blower) periodically so we would have to reset it. I called the Crown service rep for the area and he gave me only one name of a certified service/repair guy--Paul at PNG Energy, supposedly a "reputable and dependable contractor". I would NOT recommend Paul at PNG Energy. He is flaky, and gets in by quoting a low price but then hooks you for unnecessary services and overcharges. More on that in another review. Back to Atlantic. When Paul couldn't/wouldn't fix our unit, I called around nearly in vain to find an HVAC company that would deal with Crown boilers. Most told me they don't know it/don't deal with it. Some told me they could do it but just didn't want to because they're too busy with brands they like/deal with more. Eventually I came across Atlantic. They were honest and responsive from the start.
Alex Iorio was very up front with me about cost of parts (inducer and pressure switch), likely success of repairs, cost/benefit of repair vs. replace, etc. No hard sell, just info and facts. He offered me the choice of sending a guy out to check the situation before ordering parts, or ordering parts first if we felt we knew what the problem was. I chose the latter.
Ricardo from Atlantic then showed up on time with the parts, did the repair in 2 hours and charged very fair parts plus labor. He was courteous, easy to deal with, knowledgeable about the system, and kept everything clean.
Also, pricing was completely reasonable relative to other quotes I got for labor.
I would definitely recommend them.

I have been a client of Atlantic for almost 10years. They are wonderful to deal with. They come whenever we need them. They know my house inside and out (it's 120yrs old, so many systems running around) and are always able to fix any problem. I highly recommend them!

I wanted to add zones to my hot air gas furnace. On a cold day my bedroom was often ten degrees colder than the dining room where the thermostat is.
Steven came to give me an estimate. He was on time and very pleasant.
After looking over my system he found that the fan was set on auto. He suggested that we set it to medium. When I woke up the next day there was only one degree difference. The problem was fixed right away and there was no charge. For sure I'd call Atlantic again.

Atlantic installed central heat/AC in our 1845 home in Charlestown a few years ago, and did a great job. Since then they've visited for routine maintenance, and their people have been professional and helpful. Highly recommend them.
