Atlantic installed a new high-efficiency boiler and hot water heater in our home. The work was done expertly. The people who did the job (led by Liam) were professional and fastidious. One never wants to have to install a new boiler and water heater. It is an expensive and disruptive part of owning a home. If, however, you have to do it, Atlantic is first rate. Every step from the initial assessment to the proposal to the installation was done in a skillful and prideful manner. I actually asked Liam to sign his work when he was done! He did!! I recommend Atlantic without any reservations whatsoever.

We could not have had a better experience! The company fit our repair into their overloaded schedule, showed up within an hour of my initial call and immediately went to work determining the cause of the problem. Within the next hour…problem solved! The AC system was fixed!
Ken L and Angel S were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and gentlemanly—and they were thorough. They made sure I understood what the problem was as well as explaining the benefits to updating a particular part. They installed 2 additional fail safes, so that IF our AC fails again, it would eliminate a secondary problem that had occurred. They also took the time to show me step by step, how to troubleshoot.

From the initial call, to both men entering with booties, to solving the problem and showing me how the solution works, this was top-notch expertise and service!

Mynor and his teammates were highly professional. They explained every action, answered patiently all my questions and addresses any concerns I had. They made sure that all relevant floors are covered to prevent any damage, cleaned the area at the end, and made sure that all the new equipment was working to my full satisfaction. After the job was completed, their office people helped me prepare and file the paperwork for the respective rebates. A great company to work with, with friendly and knowledgeable people. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new AC and air handlers.

I did not receive anything in exchange for this review. After my initial service call, I sent a note of appreciation (second paragraph below) to Atlantic, and they asked whether I'd be willing to write a review here. I said yes, and here it is:

I bought a house in Boston with a fairly new boiler (7 years old), so I figured it was in good condition. I knew I should have it cleaned/serviced, but didn't get around to it before winter. Things were fine until suddenly, the boiler started shutting itself off every week or so. I could turn it off and turn it back on and it would restart. But I knew I should get it serviced ASAP. I found Atlantic by searching online and reading reviews. When I first called, they scheduled me for a month later, since they are super busy and it wasn't an emergency. That was OK with me--serves me right for waiting until February to call for boiler service. But when the boiler failed 3 times in one day, I called them back, and Angela found a way to get me scheduled the next day.

Technicians Jorge and Steve arrived right on time. They did a fantastic job. My boiler was in worse condition than I realized. Gas valve, igniter, flame sensor were all bad, and the combustion chamber was really dirty. They got it back in good order in a couple hours. Besides being knowledgeable, through and efficient, Jorge and Steve are also super-clean. They replaced the faulty parts, gave everything a good cleaning inside and out, and now it looks like new. The price was what I expected, in line with the company I used at my previous house in another part of Massachusetts. I signed up for a boiler service contract to keep it in good condition and hopefully no more urgent service calls.

I'm feeling really glad I signed on with Atlantic.

Liam did a fantastic job, very professional, very good about letting us know about the issues involved, beautiful work, also went above and beyond to help us get rid of an immensely heavy old unused radiator and an air conditioning unit, totally recommend Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning.

Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning was referred to me by a neighbor when my heating failed in January. Everyone from the answering service to the office staff to the men who were sent to my home were professional, on time & wonderful to deal with. This week I had A/C issues & again I received excellent service. I highly recommend Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning.

Unfortunately my recent experiences with Atlantic have not been good.I have employed Atlantic for many years as have my family. A new heating system and hot water system was installed about a half dozen or so years ago
It has been serviced by Atlantic yearly. However for no apparent reason the emergency switch goes on shutting off the heating system.numerous visits and phone calls have been made regarding this problem.it was suggested that a new switch be installed as the original may be faulty.problem continues to exist and I called the service manager to report it and to dispute the bill.The service manager was shouting and verbally abusive which resulted in my ending the call.I then left two messages for the owner who never returned the call. For many years I have been satisfied. With the business but recently I feel I can no longer use them because of the unprofessional and abusive phone call with the service manager and lack of response from the iwner.

I'm so impressed by Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning! We realized our Air Conditioning wasn't working 2 days before a 90 degree heatwave was forecast to hit. After a quick call to Atlantic, Jorge our engineer was able to diagnose and fix our Air Conditioning problem (a coolant leak). He was quick, polite and professional.

Liam and Jon did a fantastic job replacing an old boiler and water heater. They arrived on time and were very professional with their removal and install. They answered all of my questions, cleaned up and continued to check in to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Atlantic Heating & AC.

These guys are the best. My water heater blew out on a Friday night and the management team of Tim W and Eddie K jumped into action. A plan was in place immediately and I felt like the Atlantic team had my back 100% of the time. They provided great advice and walked me through my options. The tech Nolan hammered out the install of a water heater in a morning when I was expecting it to take days. Great teamwork all around and I will be certain to use them again in the future.
