Probably the best customer service you could ask for when the cold snap hits and your heat is not working. They came late in the evening to help. They installed a new furnace 24 hours after we met the sales representative. He was outstanding too. Very personable and informed. Managed our order with kid gloves.

Highly recommend this entire organization.

Pierre Geneste was my service tech today and performed the maintenance quickly and courteously. Very happy to be using Atlantic and have Pierre here.

I tend to not trust the established companies who I suspect might try to push service plans and get away with higher prices. But I've been burned by the smaller 1-man operations before. These guys came in to save the day and the price seemed reasonable. My AC had a slow leak that was hard to find. They impressed me with their flawless approach to solve the problem. And they were super professional and clean about working around my house. I'll definitely be using them for future HVAC work.

Seven years ago, Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning installed my original Sanyo wall unit. After numerous repair visits from Kenny and Ricky this past summer -- the repairs temporarily fixed my cooling issue. They tried EVERYTHING to troubleshoot the problem. Even with all those service calls, I was charged minimal for their time.

I've probably met every one of the Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning guys (bunch of good guys) and I betcha they never wanted to see my name come in the call list again.

I finally spoke with Alex, the service manager, to discuss my options of keeping the existing unit or replacing it with a new one. In the end the best option was to go with a brand new unit. It was time to say 'sayonora' to my Sanyo!

With the new unit, I got a 12 year warranty for parts and 3 year warranty for labor.

On the day of the installation, I had moved my car out and saw their van outside my place at 6:50am, but originally told them to ring the bell at 7:30. My place is like a 2 x 4 and I wanted my husband out, and I needed "me" time before these guys came in. They promptly buzzed the bell at 7:30am!

Adam and George, the installers, assessed the job and told me what needed to be done. At first, they asked if I had an electrician --which took me by surprise. But in the end, Adam and George were able to work their magic and get my new unit in without another set of hands.

I left them knowing that I was in good hands! They called me when the job was completed around 12:30pm. The place was cool as a cucumber for my husband. Just the way he likes it. Meanwhile, I know now I don't have to chill my Grey Goose in the freezer.

We had Atlantic install a new boiler in our home. From our first contact to the final inspection it was an excellent experience. They are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Zack arrived right on time for our regular furnace maintenance. He quickly found and repaired a gummed up relief valve . Most surprisingly, he also noticed that the zone for our SU PR-STOR had remained on for the entire time that he was working. He was able to determine that the cause was faulty wiring when that furnace and water tank were originally installed. No one else had ever picked this problem up previously, but we had noticed that the hot water was usually much too hot. I am pretty sure that he cured the overheating problem and probably saved us a large amount on our heating bill. All in all Zack appears to be a terrific technician, and I hope we see him on a regular basis.

We had a really good experience with Atlantic. Ricardo was a true expert in quickly identifying the problem with our 15+ year old furnace and explaining the details and our options for resolving. We'll use Atlantic again and would recommend to anyone.

Atlantic replaced our upstairs air conditioning units and added a third one downstairs, we would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them. They are responsive to emails and calls, walked us through everything and provided us with all the knowledge we needed to make an informed decision, plus everyone was super friendly which doesn't seem to be a given anymore these days.

My home energy audit revealed that my gas boiler was 40+ years old and needed to be "tuned up" because the CO levels we too high. During the service it was clear that there was deterioration that might lead it to fail sooner rather than later. My options were a conventional (low or medium efficiency) boiler or a high efficiency boiler which, if I had the work done by Oct. 30, would get me a hefty rebate. It ended up being a complicated research project to decide the best category and choice of boiler and selection of HVAC contractor. I used recommendations, Angie's list, and Yelp to select 3 contractors to assess the situation and give me quotes. Two of the contractors really impressed me and were similar in their cost estimates. I selected Atlantic based on the recommendation of another contractor who I really like and trust (MF Reynolds). At that point I had only dealt with Darren Chapman of Atlantic who spent quite a bit of time going over the options and was very prompt in follow-up. He was pretty careful to not steer me one way or the other on the high-efficiency vs. conventional choice though the bill for the high efficiency was clearly going to be much higher (about 1.5 times). The information and advice he provided was very consist with what I had read or heard from others who had made boiler decisions recently. I'm sure I repeated many questions or asked for him to repeat some of the detailed complicated information and he was patient and clear throughout.

I ended up going with the high efficiency and decided to swap my 9 year old water heater out for an in-direct water heater since I could piggy back on the work being done on the boiler. This was something that all of the contractors mentioned and my independent research was consistent with their advice.

I was also very concerned about getting the work done by Oct. 30 at that point because otherwise I might lose the rebate. Once I made my choice of option and contractor, Darren really moved things along smoothly and did a great job communicating. It took 1.5 days to get all the work done and the crew that did the work was very impressive. I was at the house most of the time they were doing the work, but in truth really didn't need to be.

The system has been up and running for week and clearly does a better job giving me uniform heat in the house than I had before because the high efficiency boiler regulates the temp of the forced hot water better. The basement after the work was done was much cleaner than before they came in to do the work. Also, the administrative staff that prepared the rebate paperwork were great. Basically they took care of everything and all I had to do was sign filled out paperwork. I am really pleased and will have them come back in the spring to remediate the high velocity air conditioning system we had put in a couple of years ago. It has never worked well and the outfit that put it in is now is now out of business.

George, Andy and Mike did a good job replacing several key components of the air conditioning system in our house. Eddie, the manager, was particularly terrific to work with. He was able to diagnose the original problem quickly and then provided several options for how to proceed along with estimates for each. He then helped us to decide on which option to proceed with, employing a professional, friendly and patient manner.
