A job that was supposed to take all day, got done in less than 5 hours! The company sent out extra workers to get the job done as fast as possible. Thanks to Enrique, Billy, David & Yong! They were extremely professional and friendly. Went above and beyond, after replacing our heating system, they cleaned our vents and provided us with step by step updates as they worked. Atlantic Heating & Cooling gets an A++ from my family and I!

We have contracted with Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning three times over the past 10 years to upgrade our heating and air conditioning systems (for upstairs and downstairs units of our two family townhouse) and they have been consistently great. The process of agreement is always educational in terms of what we do or do not need - they give a full explanation of choices and then let us decide. They are reliable in keeping the dates for installation, and if multiple days are needed they come on consecutive dates. They did a very thorough job on the installations and went beyond the call of duty when it came to insulating all of the ducts and systems. They also cleaned up the work areas and left everything tidy. We can say from experience that a new heating or air conditioning system is a big decision and it is important to make the right decision. Thanks to the whole crew!

Another great experience with Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning. I had a Nortek steam humidifier replaced. Alex Iorio was outstanding scheduling the replacement and straight forward with pricing and new installation requirements. Jerol and Zack, the technicians installing the unit, arrived promptly when scheduled, were extremely professional, polite and most of all very competent. I would recommend Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning for all heating and cooling needs. I certainly will continue to contract for their services!

Had an awesome experience with Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning! They helped us through the application for a Mass Save Loan for mini-split AC units for our condo. Then, when it was time to go we had a seamless 2 day install process. We have dealt with a lot of contractors/handymen lately and these guys were the best; just top notch!!

I love working with Atlantic! We use them twice a year for service and they are amazingly responsive to emergencies. I had to call on the evening of July 4 2014 and they sent someone over right away to help fix a problem with an air conditioner. It was a hot night and the tenants had 2 kids and a dog, I really did not want to tell them they had to wait till tomorrow.

They also are great about doing routine service and letting us know when preventative changes to the system will be best long term, avoiding future issues and service calls.

We use them for our 22 rental properties plus personal properties and highly recommend Atlantic!

You get what you pay for. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best. Excellent service, responsive. Eddie was the first representative I spoke with and he has always helped me whenever I called. From scheduling a routine maintenance appointment, recommendation, or helping me in a jam (e.g., when I needed oddly sized filters for AC), he always comes through for me. Eddie and Atlantic don't try to "sell" you services and products you don't need. They are honest and provide excellent service. He often calls with a follow-up call to ensure that I was happy with the service. Will always use them, and will keep my service plan with them as it ensures that I get priority calls. I've had positive interactions with all the people at Atlantic, but Eddie is my go-to person when I need service.

we've used Atlantic for service and purchase of new equipment. They are a reliable, local company for us. The equipment was old; we knew they'd get there if we had a problem and they did. When the equipment was almost 20 years old, we got a good bid for new units and included adding a needed vent. The new system is quiet and works well, looks fine. The office was helpful also in getting us warranty and rebate information. We are 100% satisfied.

We have set up our new contract with Atlantic Heat and we're excited to see how the work will turn out and had a very pleasant experience with Eddie in setting this up.

One of the owners of Atlantic Heat called us to apologize for the experience and also asked if they could come today to help us. I am very appreciative that someone followed up and really cared to check in on us.

Our heater was serviced by Atlantic Heating in January. We bought the house in May and understand that Atlantic heating couldn't come to help us out immediately when we encountered some problems because we're technically new customers (although they've serviced the previous owners). They were nice enough to take our calls during the day. However, when we called out of desperation (living with a 1 toddler without heat on a colder week isn't fun) during after hours, hoping that there was a cancellation, the gentleman who talked to us laughed at us for trying to fix the problem ourselves and told us that we probably made this worse. I totally understand that you can't come because your schedule is full, but would appreciate some empathy for a single dad alone at home, who's trying to fix the heater so that his toddler can have a warm bath. I'm sure you do a fantastic job on site but having someone laugh at your predicament was maybe a tad insensitive.
