I highly recommend I&C Mechanical. I needed to replace my electric tank water heater which started leaking on Juneteenth. They were able to come the next day and replace it that same day. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and provided an excellent service. All in all, outstanding professionals and first-rate customer service. I highly recommend this company. They are professional, responsive and knowledgeable. I called the company this morning for a replacement AC condensate pump that caused a leak. Owner said they were able to come out on the same day and not only that, but they arrived on time. Their work was thorough and the owner was able to explain to me some issues that I may encounter in the future with my AC unit. And before leaving, they made sure they cleaned up everything. I've used Irfan and his team several times now, and the service continues to be excellent. This team is fast, reasonably priced, and reasonable to work with. Communication is a major positive point, and if you've worked with others you know this can be a pain point.

I reached out to Irfan to get help on a poorly flushing toilet. He was able to make time for an appointment within a couple of days and arrived on time. His diagnosis and repair was fairly quick as he had all the appropriate tools and general parts needed in his work van. He also gave me pointers on what inlet water valve to use to save on repair cost in the future. Great workmanship and friendly guy.

Five-star experience in every respect. Called Irfan on a Sunday to inquire about disconnect of an old gas stove and installation of a new one being delivered the following weekend. He called me back within 15 minutes and confirmed an appointment. He arrived on time for the disconnect and reconnect appointments, explained the work that was necessary, suggested an improvement to the configuration of the gas line/shutoff behind the stove, and was very friendly and professional throughout. He took all of the quirky aspects of the 125+ year-old building in stride and also helped me take a look at some other plumbing issues we plan to address in the near future. Great person and company to work with. They came out on short notice to install a new gas stove, same day. Installation was quick and professional and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend highly as the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly, and I will be using again!

Irfan responded very quickly with a leak in my house. He arrived on time and found where the leak is. He stopped the leak on the same day and provided professional repair advice. He came back after two days to fixed the problem completely. I recommend him without reservation if you ever need an emergency repair.

We replaced sink and shower head in our old bathroom with I&C MECHANICAL. We had an issue with old pipe during process and everything was fixed and replaced. Very professional service, good communication and they always arrived on time.
