I was very impressed by the honesty, punctuality of the company and their professionalism. The workmanship was outstanding and how they cleaned up after each job. Very difficult to find a company today that follows through and provides exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend TAG Heating & Cooling Inc for services of your heating system.

TAG Installed the high efficiency furnace and American Standard A/C unit that was installed in my new house in 2005. We had some issues with the furnace over the years and they serviced it until the warranty expired in 2010. They then told us they wouldn't provide service in NH, but after we found them in a trade show in 2016, they told us they would service the product they installed. In May of 2017, they once again provided service to us in NH and came out and provided preventive maintenance on our A/C and Furnace. We were generally happy. This spring we started receiving post card reminders about our need to schedule service. As we have been very diligent about preventive maintenance, we attempted to schedule that service and were given a somewhat argumentative response from the person on the phone that indicated she had no idea who we were or why we were calling, despite our long history with TAG. My wife scheduled an appointment for a Monday and the woman we called promised to call us back to confirm. That never happened. We ended up calling again to confirm and were told that the owner ""doesn't provide service in NH". So, they installed it, they serviced it for several years, but now they are not standing by their previous work. I can't recommend this vendor as they didn't stand by the product they installed.

Responding the Vendors Reply. The vendor actually only serviced for 5 years, after-which we were forced to use Wilkins Mechanical for 5+ years. It was never our understanding that our 2016 interaction was to negotiate a one time visit, if it were, we wouldn't have been receiving post cards for follow up service and we certainly wouldn't be so upset. "Call me anytime" is what we were told at the end of our visit. If it was one time, we would have been spending the winter and spring selecting Sanford or another vendor.

Woke up to shower before work and had no hot water, called the company who services our system and that was a mistake. Missed a day of work and no resolve, reached out to Tag that afternoon and scheduled for the following morning.
Excellent technician who systematically diagnosed the boiler until he found the problem and fixed it immediately giving us hot water again. Very Polite start to finish and extremely professional, had the parts to fix it there and then with no wait or wasted time.
They did the original install of our Kinetics System 2000 and AC system as well.

They will be servicing our system from here on in, I learned my lesson.

Highly recommend Tag Heating and Cooling

My A/C was not working and the temp was going to be close to 90 that day. I called Tag at 8:30 AM. I was not an existing customer and expected them to tell me they could fit me in 5 days from now Instead, they were at my house by 1 PM. Andrew had the problem diagnosed, fixed, and my A/C cooling my house in less than an hour. Honest, competent, and fairly priced. Best service from an HVAC company I have ever had!

The TAG team installed a mini split heat /AC pump in our home. The job was installed soup to nuts in a fast and efficient manor. Great work from a great crew, all within budget.

TAG replaced our 48 year old furnace and installed central air. They arrived early and worked late for two days. Very professional and installed all components without any trouble. Today it's cozy and warm in our home on this wet fall day ! Thanks guys !

Awesome experience with Tag. Our tech was Andrew. He was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I called on Monday and they came on Wednesday a day earlier then anticipated! They did NOT try to sell us unnecessary products he provided maintenance and recommendations on preserving the life of our AC unit. Highly recommend TAG
