Capital Air came in as low bid on a 6 unit dual zone 36k BTU Mitsubishi Reverse AC/Heat Pump system. Job was finished professionally and ahead of schedule, no change orders or additional costs over original quotes, and the owner was knowledgeable and helpful enough to get a few hundred off MSRP due to multiple units. After 3 years condensers show no sign of wear or corrosion, nor an expensive freon recharge. Efficiency remains constant and as quoted year after year. Power consumption, also as expected and estimated. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, highly recommend and will use for maintenance in future.

Below "one-star" reviews don't accurately reflect the quality of work and aftercare shown to customers - more likely than not any no show was most likely on a 95 degree July/August day where equipment failure cannot be predicted due to conditions - crews ensuring a system I previously paid to have installed is quickly back operational is a plus in my book, not a negative.

I hired Capital Air to install a 3-ton split system and service our existing boiler at our home and everything went perfect. The owner did a great job explanting the scope of work, and the team was very professional, polite, wore company shirts and was like they weren't even in our house that's house clean it was after the job was complete. I would highly recommend Capital Air Systems.

Capital came and installed 7 custom AC and heating units in our State Street building in Boston. We received 5 quotes for this project and Capital Air Systems had the lowest quote, and the most detailed and thought out proposal.

I set up an appointment with Capital Air Systems over 2 weeks out for an estimate to install a new heating and AC system. So I take a day off work to be home because this was the soonest they had available. When it comes time for them to show up they NO CALL, NO SHOW. After waiting 20 minutes I finally called them. Their response was they were too busy at the office. At least have the decency to call and tell me you can't make it. How can i expect you to manage a 20K project when you can't even manage a schedule.

Love this guy. His team installed an A/C & Heat pump on our home in Westford. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. My kids are extremely grateful for the A/C in the summer :)
