We worked with Tom and the Tag team on an oil to gas conversion. They helped us navigate the process and offered guidance along the way. We found them to be efficient, responsive and attentive to the project and our needs. We would be happy to use them and/or recommend them for future projects!

TAG did a full HVAC install. I am very happy with the crew, the responsiveness of the office, the quick follow up. I highly recommend them.

Would not recommend... every time he walked through my door, it was over $100. He came out one day because my furnace would not kick on, supposedly fixed it... $100. Days later, had a cold morning; turned on thermostat, waited several minutes, furnace did not go on. He came out, gave it a cleaning, said it was all set... another $100. Hadn't had a cold morning for a couple of weeks, so didn't use it right away. Turned heat on one morning.... furnace did not kick on. Called a third time and said to the woman in the office that I did not want to pay for a third visit. Man came out, told me he would only charge me for a part that was needed... and why didn't he know this the first time? Charged me a $100. for a part that is really an inexpensive part. Screwed once again... by human greed.

Too expensive. For adding 1lb of Freon costed $385, for less than 30 minutes of work on site. Charged a Service call for coming out, which in my opinion should go away when a problem is found and work is performed.

So $110 for service call + $110 for 1lb of Freon according to the guy doing the work + valve (Let’s go crazy and say $10 + $150 left for labor for 30 minutes of work. WOW.

Friendly and helpful. I've worked with them for 15 years and think they do a good and thorough job. Their expert technicians have corrected several serious issues with that another company created, and our system has worked well ever since.

Tag showed up on time and installed a new efficient boiler. The installation was clean neat and very professional.The guys were friendly and answered all of my questions. I will hire them again in the future.
