My thanks to the entire team! My mini split install was perfect from estimate to the job completion. Couldn't be happier! Will be my go to company for anything HVAC.

I called for an estimate and waited 2 weeks for a return call to set up an appointment. Four weeks later they came to look at my project and it was another four weeks before I received an estimate. The other local company I called came out immediately and gave me an estimate within 3 days. Needless to say, I went with the other company.

They did not fix the furnace issue but they did not charge me. I called them to pay for the yellow diagnostic fee but she told me the balance is 0. which is a good surprise. Nice person.

My gas furnace stopped working as a result of a power surge. These guys repaired it all in 1 trip. They're good.

I made an appointment on June 26 for someone to come look at my broken AC unit and provide a quote for a replacement. Appointment for August 6th, no one showed and now no one is returning my emails.

TAG has done various work both big and small jobs at multiple homes of mine and has always done a superb job! I highly recommend them!

I needed service and was told they would be out within the next couple days. I called 3 times after waiting for them to respond and got nothing. They’re not going to gain customers by being non responsive. I was in a semi emergent situation and they said they’d help and then ghosted me. Very unprofessional. Will not call again.

Technician was prompt skilled and knowledgeable. He explained problem and fixed furnace.

Dan performed the yearly maintenance on my heating/cooling system. He wasted no time getting the job done and he cleaned up after he was done.
