I originally posted my experience and expressed some dissatisfaction. Within 15 minutes they called me back and resolved the issue to 100% satisfaction. Customer service is everything and I appreciate Dick’s caring about their customers. I won’t forget my experience and because of Lisa and Doug I will be a repeat customer. They serviced my parents house for 30 or 40 years and now I see why.

Doug did a great job assisting us with our air conditioning problem. I would recommend Dick's to everyone. We have had a contract with them for years and have always been extremely satisfied with their work and their response when we had issues.

I told Lisa all about the problems with my attic unit's weird placement and how long I was without a/c waiting on the home warranty company to fix it. She made arrangements to send Doug the very next day and he fixed my attic unit and checked my basement unit in record time and I was out the door to go to work before noon. I couldn't be more enthused. Doug was experienced and not a newbie, he gave me confidence and was courteous. Best service I had from a home service contractor. I wish I could call them for everything that breaks.

The service by all the three men was excellent they were professional on time and thorough. I especially like the way the last workmen to leave the house (Trey Brown) went to the house to ensure no debris or trash had been left. I see why my father’s been using you all for at least the last 30 years thank you.

We got a furnace checkup. I had to ask the technician to take off his shoes. He didn't seem too happy about that. We've used Dick's Heating and Air a few times and was very satisfied with their work. Usually it is a more experienced technician. The one they sent out this time didn't seem that experienced. He finished a little too quick based on the time it took other technicians in the past to do a checkup, so not sure if he was very thorough. Next time I will request a veteran technician. I will usually give them 5 stars.I really didn't like his attitude when I asked him to take off his shoes.

We've had Dick's replace our heat pumps and have had great service since then. We also had them replace parts in our fireplace-at a better price than competitors-again with great service. Always pleased with their service and with quick replies when we call for service or answers!

When I purchased my home in 2013 the previous homeowner left a list of companies he used. I called Dicks that year for a maintenance check, I was happy with the technician they sent out, how he went about doing the work and I have been dealing with them ever since. I’m happy with the company.

Sorry for being late responding but here goes, You are the best, I had been without air conditioning for 12 days, waiting for a response from Michael's and Sons for a part they were ordering to repair the AC. We called them at least 5 times but never heard back from them. (the house was over 90 degrees all those days). My son-in-law called you and you were wonderful, you handled the repair quickly and were very professional. I will use your company for any further repairs and will recommend you to all. Thank you.

September 2017 - I've had both a repair visit and an installation visit in the last couple of weeks. For the repair, the technician found the problem very quickly and resolved it. The installation visit was for a humidifier and Air Scrubber. The team was on time and got right to work. I'm looking forward to having humidity in the air this winter. The Air Scrubber seems to be reducing the dust in the house already. I am very happy with the quality of work provided by Dick's.

The communication between customer and company was excellent. That's what made my experience excellent! No surprises in cost of solutions.
