The technician texted me to notify me he was enroute, and arrived to work at the scheduled time. He did the work I asked for at the price we agreed on. He didn't try to talk me into any unnecessary work or purchase. He had a very pleasant and positive manner. I'd recommend this to anybody.

As usual, Gerald is the ONLY technician that I want in my home. He is always on time, answers questions and knows what he is doing. He and Gary (deceased) , the best in the business. I have been a customer since 1992 and have been pleased. I hope that never changes.

The technician came out on Saturday and let us know promptly what the problem was. Unfortunately, it can't be fixed right away but will be soon. We are long-time customers and can always rely on Dick's to take care of us.

Joe was very good and professional. He look at my vents and told me to replace all to get better air flow. Also he diagnosed the problem with the AC right away. He made sure that the system was working properly before he left.

Repair person was very professional and give advice about keeping the HVAC system in good standard. Will definitely call again for work

Very pleased with the service. Tech very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The installers of the new air handler were excellent. Will not hesitate to continue using Dick’s A/C and Heating.

After I calmed down from the tech being so late, the actual issue was easily resolved. I was given 3:30 appt time...tech arrived about7p The actual service rendered was pretty good. But they could use some help in the customer service department.

You guys are great. Patrick was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I always highly recommend Dick’s’s to my friends and neighbors.
