Patrick came out to check my air conditioner. He explained what the problems are and recommended a new system. The company is very efficient with technology and sent various options within minutes through text.

Dick's really came through for us! Patrick came out on very short notice to diagnose our dead a/c - his experience and knowledge cannot be beat. Linda and Tommy scrambled to find us a special part STAT so that we could be up and running as soon as possible. They are the best!

We called Dick's HVAC to have our gas fireplace serviced for the winter. Our fireplace needed a good cleaning and had an issue where it would shut off after a bit. It was also a pain to get the pilot light lit. Aaron came out to help us. He even showed up 2 hours earlier than the appointment time we were given. He was very professional and respectful. He cleaned up the fireplace and fixed the pilot light somehow and the fireplace hasn't gone out by itself since. Thank you very much Aaron.

When you call, ask for Lisa! She knows what customer service is all about! The other dispatcher in the office will cut you off mid-sentence and she thinks all the customers are trying to jip them. Other than that, they do good work. They're honest, and their pricing is fair. And I love that they are a local small business.

Patrick with Dick's AC & Heating came by today and got our AC working quickly. We had another company come out yesterday and quoted us $1900 saying we had a leak. Patrick did a leak test that showed nothing! He was honest and fixed our issue at much more affordable rate. I trust him and he will be our first call should we have any HVAC issues in the future. Thank you Dick's!

Excellent response, could not complete inspection because of the rain, but scheduled a completion date of the winter check. I love the fact that I can support my local vendor whose is outstanding at what they do. Thank you.

Had our oil furnace thoroughly cleaned and could not have been more pleased. Also had an oil tank that was precariously "leaning" and that was completely addressed as well. Had recently had major chimney work (with furnace flue in the chimney) and now have peace of mind that all is in working order.
Excellent knowledge and experience with oil furnaces and I would not hesitate to give a 5 star plus rating.

The Dick's AC & Heating crew installed my heat pump system over 14 years ago after a major snow storm and has provided semi-annual maintenance service every year since then. The service technicians arrive when scheduled and perform their tasks in a professional manner. Dick's office employees are pleasant and respond promptly to requests for information or appointment adjustments.

Called to have my unit checked because air not getting up to first floor. Person that came out told me my ductwork was installed wrong and dampers were damaged which would cost over $1500 to repair and I had to pay $120 just for the visit. My home is a brand new 4yr old Ryan Home so I got a 2nd opinion. Dampers needed slight adjustment with cost of $200. Called the company to discuss the situation and they have ignored all my calls. Double check whatever this company tells you and save your hard earned money.

We have been dealing with Dicks AC for over 10years plus, our overall experince has been nothing but outstanding from the scheduling to the technicians who are knowlegable and professional. Today we had Doug out to troubleshoot an airconditioning issue- what a nice and friendly person, and got our AC back and running in no time. I highly recommend Dicks for any HVAC support you need.
