Long time customer of Dick's Heating and Air, who has never experience anything less than outstanding customer service and maintenance service. My service technician is Doug and he is truly outstanding and knows his job. I have a habit of following the service tech and he is very helpful in explaining why and what he is doing. I have learned the importance of changing filters, how to change filters and post a chart of change dates on unit. I feel as though I am a member of a team with the focus of ensuring that my unit is maintained properly and ready to go!

Their same day repair service was responsive and timely. Their service technician (Doug Sanford) was efficient and knowledgeable while inspecting, cleaning and repairing my outdoor air conditioning unit (capacitor replacement). He answered my questions and concerns clearly and directly. They were reasonably priced given my overall satisfaction and no up sell.

As promised I was called and advised when the technician was on the way. He showed up 15 minutes later. Gerald was friendly and professional, he diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate within 5 minutes. The cost was reasonable and he completed the parts replacement/repair within 10 minutes. Compared to the feedback I've gotten from people that used other companies from outrageous pricing to trying to push entirely new systems on people when only a minor repair was required, I am very happy and would recommend Dick's Air Conditioning and Heating service and they will be the first I call should I need servicing again.

Dick's A/C and Heating installed a new air conditioner last year amazingly fast on a hot summer day after our 17 year old A/C stopped working. We bought a high efficiency A/C from Dick's. The A/C cooled our home nicely, and saved us money on our energy bill.
Recently, our furnace was making a whining sound after running for about 3 minutes. The technician, Doug, quickly found the problem. Dick's ordered the part that day. Doug returned and replaced to part quickly as soon as the part was delivered.
Dick's provides fast, reliable service. I highly recommend Dick's to quickly fix their heating and A/C problems at a very reasonable price.

Great service! The technician, Doug, was very courteous and helpful. I had scheduled a maintenance check of my system. Doug was very thorough in asking if I noticed any problems, and explaining how my system worked, what to look for in the future, and even measured to figure out the correct size filter to use. Will definitely call again for future service!

Dick’s Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC just left our house after servicing our furnace and heat pump. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a maintenance person. They were polite, friendly and very professional. They explained everything extremely clearly. Would highly highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience today with service technician Patrick. After diagnosing the problem, he quoted a price of $2,000 to replace a coil. Not being a expert in this field I asked questions related to his diagnoses. Where was the part located? How does it operate? What measures did he use to verify that part was faulty? He instantly became agitated and stated that he's been in the business for 30 years and if I was going to question his judgment he was going to leave. I was in complete shock! As a consumer are you not entitled to clarification and a clear understanding as to the recommended work? Once again he stated that he had been doing this for a long time and that I shouldn't be questioning his assessment. At this point I'm confused and in disbelief. I asked him to leave my house and told him that his behavior was rude and unprofessional. I also let him know that I was going to be calling the office manager. Spoke with Lisa (office manager) who was extremely apologetic and provided the clarification that I needed. She advise that she would be speaking with Patrick regarding his behavior and would note not to have him service my home in future. However this has left such a bad impression, that I seriously doubt I would do business with them in future.

We've used Dick's HVAC for about 20 years. Our experience has been only positive. Technicians come when scheduled, are polite and knowledgeable. I think it speaks highly to the company that we've had the same technicians come out for years. I have a service contract with Dick's and hope to continue doing business with them for years to come.
