They have done multiple jobs for me. AC wasn't kicking on. They setup a time to visit. Fixed a loose wire, didn't charge me. Good service.

Josh (technician) check the HVAC multiples times to see if there was a problem. Explained throughly what he did and gave me recommendations if the unit stops heating.

Dick’s is always first-rate. They respond quickly, they’re polite and professional and their techs are always on-point. They come when they say they will so you’re wasting a day waiting and they always clean up.

I had them come out to my business to either fix my current unit or give me an estimate on a new one. They charged me for the visit and I got neither of those two things. I called back a few times and was told they couldn't fix the unit so I asked for the estimate. They sent another crew out to examine the setup and give me an estimate. Did I ever get that estimate? No! In the meantime I have gotten the unit fixed by another contractor and gotten other estimates for a replacement.

Easy to schedule an estimator to come out to give an estimate on an AC unit. However, I had to make several calls over several weeks to request the written estimate only to find out the estimator desided that I already had a "good set up" why change. If as the consumer I what to replace/install a new unit and if money is no abject for me. I would have like to make the decision myself.

HVAC Maintenance went well, two technicians onsite were professional and pleasant.

Patrick came the week before, without delay, when we reported that the outside unit was continuously running even though it was not a cold day. Gerald added freon last year and the unit was 14 years old. Paatrick said the blower was out and would cost $1,800 to replace. So we decided to replace the entire unit. Patrick was very good about explaining everything as we made our decision about what to purchase. Today (4/22/21), Levi and Trey came and installed the unit. They were friendly & professional and did a great job! Patrick came over and inspected the job and was again very nice. I would recommend your business to others.

I called and they were very professional. Lisa helped me figure out what I could do while I waited for my AC unit to be serviced and it helped a lot. She then called and sent me a text that they could schedule me for an earlier day than originally available. When Josh came, he was very kind and knew exactly what to do. He also answered all our questions. Our AC unit is up and running. If ever we need the AC serviced, we will definitely use them again!
