Dick’s Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC

My furnace went out on the coldest days in January, I called Dick's Air and Heating, they sent Doug to come and see what was going on. Doug work on the furnace and got it working and hour later it went out Doug came back to my house the same day worked on it, but the bottom line was I need to replace the 25 year old furnace. I called the office talked to Linda who explained all of my options, the technicians came out in a couple of days replaced the furnace. They were very courteous and they explained everything to me. The next day I did notice some water on the floor so Doug came back out, it was a minor problem, he fixed it and gave me some maintenance tips. I am very pleased with the service and I am thankful for Doug and Linda who made me feel comfortable with this process. I will be using this company again.

I called Dick's Air Conditioning and Heating LLC and I was able to get an appointment the same day. The technician was professional. He told me exactly what my unit needed and repaired it in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use this company again for all my heating and cooling needs.

Dick's has serviced my heating and AC unit for years. They are very reliable. I recommend their service. On the most recent visit Patrick took apart the outside unit and completely cleaned it out. Couldn't ask for better service.

Patrick arrived timely, after his call. We discussed our concerns and the last service call from last year. He quickly checked out the compressor, the filter (replaced 2 weeks ago) and the condensate pump. Good news- no additional Puron needed, Every thing checked out good. Whew - Relief. Dick's repairmen promptly came to our rescue on two occasions, and fixed our furnace issues before the house had time to get cold. Friendly and knowledgable repair guys. The service call price was much lower than the quote I got from Southern Maryland Oil.

Dick's is the only HVAC company I trust and will use. After being told my whole HVAC system and water heater needed to be replaced from another company, I opted for a second opinion just to be sure. Doug from Dick's came out, replaced my capacitor to one of my outside units and now my home is nice and cool. And the water heater....it will need to be replaced in about 20 years. This is the kind of integrity and support that customers need. Doug was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He even came out on a Saturday (his weekend off) to service my unit because he didn't want to have to explain the problem to another technician.

They were exceptional!!! The heater had broken at my Mom's and they came out the same day. They offered to find the parts to fix the 23 year old heater but we decided to buy a new one. They showed up early today (the very next day) and installed the new heater!!! Very professional...will recommend them!!!

Highly recommended. They were able to schedule a same-day appointment for a furnace repair. Patrick, the technician, was friendly, honest, and able to fix the problem within an hour at a reasonable price. Would definitely use them again.

Setting up appointment was easy and staff very pleasant. Would have given 5 stars but the serviceman had to clean the fireplace twice...his first cleaning needed improvement. Assuming that serviceman did a good job on the servicing of my heating and A/C units--they work now as they did before--but I have no way of knowing.
