Dick’s Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC

Had some work done by this company on 29 December 2017. Now I have the same problem. I called them and the word is that I have to pay $140 again for them to come and review their work. Ohhh, is been more than 30 days so, no warranty for the work. Do not hire scam artists!!!

I had an amazing yet professional experience with the worker at Dick's. I have relied on the business before and never once had a bad experience. Very diligent, courteous and reliable.

Good customer service. I setup my appointment the day before. They told me that the tecs start their service routes at 9am, and i would receive a call and the tec would be out between 9am to 12noon. I got a call at 9am sharp, from both tec and customer service rep. Gerald the (tec), came diagnosed the problem and got the job done.

Dick's is the best HVAC repair company in the DMV. I always use them for any issues I may have at my home. Linda and the staff are experts on all makes and models. I truly appreciate them.

(1) This house COOLER than before & temp is set at 79. I don't know if it was misdiagnosed On the flip side the tech was pleasant & professional, I am upgrading because Original Tech returned found the other issue and MADE IT RIGHT at no additional cost to me. Very Satisfied!!

I wasn't getting any heat. I called around 7:30, not expecting anyone to answer the phone but I say I'll try anyway, someone did. I told her my problem and got an appointment for the next day. I'm really satisfied with Dick's A/C Company
