They adjusted the appointment time to meet my needs. Technician quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Heater's working great now. I should have called them sooner. Highly Recommend.

Despite a snowball of miscommunications leading to a less than positive experience on a diagnostic call to a personal residence; the service of one of the receptionist and a call from the owner reinforced that this is a business intent on running on integrity. The owner is beyond professional and surprisingly has left me hoping for another opportunity to do business with her in the future.

Dick's AC provides excellent and professional service. Their service people are very experienced and knowledgeable. I've been a customer for over 15 years. They did forget to order a part which delayed my compressor replacement an extra day of heat, but once the part was in they made sure to get everything fixed as quickly as they could.

The technician was on time, friendly, and did a very good job. What more could I want?

Great communication. I was able to quickly get someone on the phone when I called in for the appointment and when I called to make a change in appointment. The technician (Doug) text when he was en route to my house.

Knowledgeable. Doug really knew his stuff. He knew what to look for when I told him the problem and was able to break down the issue to me in terms I could understand. The issue was resolved promptly and my house is cooling.

Convenient. I was able to pay by card before Doug left the house. Receipt comes by email immediately.

The service was great from Linda and I interacting over the phone to find out more about what I needed as heating system was not working. She made sure to document my issues so they would be addressed the next day. Patrick showed up the next morning and fixed everything! He was so pleasant and made us feel comfortable that he would solve the issue. I would definitely recommend this company and they will be my company of choice from now on! I cannot believe they have been literally 5 minutes away and I did not know about them!
