Great Service! Had a great experience with KPK Enterprises Air Conditioning and Heating! Dexter was on time, he was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough! He explained the issue with my unit and told me the price before he proceeded to confirm I was okay with the rate. Which was very nice of him to do, rather complete everything then come present me with this large bill afterwards. I truly appreciate his patience and willingness to answer all of my questions and concerns as well. I am definitely keeping this company around for all of my future HVAC needs even if just for maintenance.

KPK Enterprise was a breath of fresh air. Dexter came out within 24 hours to check the problem with my HVAC. I received his estimate the same day, very reasonable especially considering he had to order a crane to get the unit up to the roof of my condo. Couple of days later the new HVAC unit was installed and everything went so smoothly. Dexter kept in touch with me during the day, since I was not there while it was being installed. He took detailed photos and sent them to me. I’m very impressed especially as I have been in the construction industry for many years. Dexter is considerate, caring and his work ethic is first class. Dexter is honest unlike other contractors. Last year when we had a problem with our A/C we called a contractor for estimate. He came and diagnosed and was quoted $2,900. Then we contacted KPK Enterprise for a second estimate and Dexter came the next day. He showed and explained what was causing the problem and told us how we can fix the problem ourselves since it was very simple. We did not have to break the bank to fix our A/C. Dexter is godsend! Highly recommended.

I’m highly Anemic and I contacted Dexter at KPK because my heating system when out!!. He informed me he was out with his family and I didn’t want to trouble him at all. However he made the sacrifice and came to fix my heat and a/c system immediately, he was VERY professional, understanding and quick!! Within a few minutes my heater made noise and heat came through. I was exceptionally pleased because most ppl just want to do the work and get it over with not even making a thorough check!
