We recently had AC issues with our upstairs system. As we already knew, the system was old and leaking Freon. Dexter came out to look at the job and sent us a quote the same day. The price was awesome and beat the 3 other estimates we received. These guys were neat, knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I could understand. Overall, this company was a great choice. I will continue to use KPK for all maintenances and repairs.

I was referred to this company by a relative who used them for his AC. I called to schedule an appointment to get somebody to fix my heat ASAP. Technician arrived to the house and told me I needed a circuit board. He got the circuit board for my furnace and came back later to install it. The price was fair and the customer service was great. They now have a new customer and I have heat.

I typically don't write reviews but Dexter and the KPK team are who you call to get the job done. My townhouse needed a water heater replaced, I called 3 different plumbers, one from the HOA, one from Home Depot and a recommendations. Home Depot came out, inspected the water heater and I haven't heard back from them even though I've called multiple times. My HOA plumber came out and looked at the water heater and became extremely unresponsive. The recommended plumber wanted to charge me twice the quote I got from KPK. Dexter came out, when he said he would, look at the water heater and had a quote for me within 2 days. Dexter and team came out and completed the job within a week's time. They were professional, had shoe covers on, and respectful of not only the home but my time and pockets. KPK is who I'll call for all plumbing and HVAC needs.

First, If you have a preference for small businesses with a more personalized experience, Dexter's customer service is A+. We needed the furnace replaced because it was just old. Dexter was on time, professional and took his time to assess the the problem, looking for the least costly option starting with the thermostat (it was no charge). It wasn't the thermostat so we had him purchase and change out the furnace. Voila, we have our heat back on with a higher output furnace and couldn't be warmer! THEN! The heat went out again, Dexter was back in (15!) minutes but it was a gas problem. Washington gas was out in thirty minutes! We're still HAPPY and Dexter's definitely your best call to make with your HVAC issues! Things are gonna go wrong. It's what happens when you call for follow up service that really matters!!!

Waited 2 weeks to leave this review....I have a mother that is a senior citizen. We found this company and explained the importance of getting us Heat ASAP as it was only 28 degrees outside. Dexter came out ahead of schedule and explained everything in a way we could understand. His price was fair and even gave us a senior citizen discount. I've already referred this company to my aunt and uncle, their just as satisfied as we were.

KPK was the contractor that our home warranty company sent to fix our AC when it died this summer. The technician was professional, explained everything—going into great detail and showing how the system worked—fixed it quickly and gave us a sense of how long our unit still had. I would highly recommend them.

Dexter came at an emergency around 3 am i called not expecting him to pick up but he did. I appreciate how hard he worked to fix the problem he’s a hard working man always ready to come help.

Called and a guy named Dexter answered, the same guy diagnosed my system. He had it figured out in 10 minutes plus had the part on his truck.
