I've been dealing with Dexter in this company for the past 3 years. He's always on time. Always the first person to call for an emergency and very trust worthy. Great company. He just fix an issue with the AC. would recommend them to anyone.

My HVAC unit wouldn't push out cold air, so I gave KPK Enterprise a shot. Dexter was on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Come to find out, it wasn't the HVAC, but a hot water line leading to my HVAC was causing problems. Once the repair was made, my AC started working!

Dexter came to look at my A/C unit which had stopped working in the middle of a massive heat wave. He was ontime and very professional. He took time to make sure I understood off of my options and he was able to get air working again. I'll certainly be calling him if I have future HVAC needs.

Dexter diagnosed the issue and took pains to ensure that he was transparent with how he came to that determination. He provided timely updates and was on-time for the appointments. He was very friendly and professional. I recommend KPK and would use them again.

He fixed the issue, checked levels and made sure everything was working properly. I have already referred to friends just in case. If we ever have an issue definitely will call back.

guys were absolutely amazing. Dexter spent hours diagnosing and researching our boiler issue. We had already heard from another company that our boiler needed to be replaced. He confirmed this but only after combing over every part and pipe. We decided to go with KPK Enterprise because Dexter was so knowledgable, thorough, determined, committed to our satisfaction, and so committed to getting the job done right. They spent another day and a half resolving an unexpected leak and putting in our brand new boiler - which is beautiful, btw! I cannot recommend these guys enough! They will not disappoint. I actually heard part of Dexter and Darry's conversation when they though I could not hear them and they were celebrating a job well done in which I was happy and they had done great work. They truly care about the work they do and the satisfaction of their customers!!

I'm writing this review for big Dex. My oil furnace has not worked all winter. I have had 4 different techs to come out ,but they could not fix the problem. Big Dex knowledge and service is second to none. Not only did show me the problem, but he fixed it , and taught me a lot about my oil furnace. There aren't to many techs that have knowledge about my system. My family would highly recommend Big Dex. Thanks Soooo Much👍👍👍

Dex was really good at diagnosing the AC issue immediately after he arrived. He explained in full detail my options for getting the refrigerant leak fixed for my AC unit. Very informative, respectful, and professional throughout the appointment. Would use his service again in the future.
