Bill was very professional. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it immediately.

Great Company!! Doug was great on fixing my heating unit (boiler) that had some minor leaks in the valves. He showed up at a reasonable time and the price was low. I also have used this company for my A/C unit and Doug got my unit running properly in no time plus it was on a very hot summer day last year. Wife and I don't have any complaints we will continue to use this company for our heating and HVAC units repairs or regular maintainces.

I was quoted a very high price for a transformer and when I protested the tech discounted it by a hundred dollars which was still to high for the work performed. I will not use the company again. I do not recommend

I recently had the opportunity to have my HVAC system serviced by Aaron. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional and did a thorough job of inspecting and cleaning my system. I was very pleased with the service he provided and as a result I plan to continue with a service contract for future Spring and Winter cleaning.

We have been had a service contract with Dick's for over a decade. They check our AC/Heating twice yearly and if we have ANY problem, come immediately (on the day we call.) All their technicians are efficient, friendly and always identify and fix the problem right away.

My service was great. There were two main reasons for that. The technician was on time and did a thorough job in determining the problem. What made it better was that there wasn't a major problem and just a little Freon was added. It's hot today but I am nice and cool inside.
