Benfatti is fantastic. Professional and personable crew. They removed an inefficient heat and cooling system and replaced it with a new Trane heat pump. Crew consisted of 4 individuals. Jude the supervisor/ inspector, Nick the lead installer along with Trevor and Corey as assistant installers. Everything was done in one day. Professional installation. After the installation, Jude came by to inspect what they'd done. Installation looks beautiful and system works like a charm. I can't say enough good things about this organization. Creed was awesome, A/C went out on the 4th of July. We didn’t think anyone would be able to come out, I called and left a message. They returned the call soon after, I let them know that it was my 98 year old father in law and was concerned about him. They send Creed and he was very professional and got us fixed in less than an hour. Thank you so much, btw he is a World War II veteran and prisoner of war survivor.

Sean, Stephen, and Team we're very professional, caring, and had great attention to detail. They communicated very well with my wife and I about their intents, start and stoptime daily. Additionally, one of my dogs had an accident in his kennel while Sean was there and I wasn't. Sean called and asked for permission to let the dog out and went beyond and cleaned out his kennel. Overall a top-notch service that is competitively priced. I'd recommend every day of the week. .

The process to book an appointment was easy and the representative was professional and responsive to my needs. The technician who serviced my A/C unit was experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Benfatti’s is awesome! Motor went out on my outside unit at 4pm. I called and they got me on their schedule. Scott was able to get there in 45 minutes and replaced the part in 15 minutes. And we were worried we would have to postpone celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Couldn’t ask for better service.

The tech was on time, professional and well informed. He was friendly and explained what he was doing and why. He clearly informed me of my options and performed the maintenance in a timely manor. He didn't rush or avoid uncomfortable spots to get to the compressor, could, or blower. Over all it was a pleasant experience.

Benfatti has been a pleasure to work with again. I will be getting other services performed and am sure the same quality service will be provided as always. I absolutely love the fact that they send a picture of the tech that will be coming so you know exactly who to expect. This feature ensures we as customers feel safe when inviting the tech into our homes.

I had another company come over the day before and they had misdiagnosed my problem and was gonna send over an estimator to charge me an ungodly amount of money that I didn't have, but today they didn't bother to show up or call so I called Benfattii. And i sure am glad I did! Benfatti heard my story and sent a tech by the name of Matt to give me a second opinion free of charge. Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer ANY question I had and quickly explained to me anything I didn't know. He also showed me all the issues with my condenser unit and explained some options I could have to fix my problem. I will most certainly be doing more business with this company, because I do need a new condensing unit and now I have a business to call that I can trust.
