As a former Boyd customer, I contacted Benfatti when I needed to get the a/c checked at my rental property. I could not be more impressed with the service I received every step of the way - from the initial inspection to the follow up visit by the supervisor to go over the service recommendations to the service I got today. I will be contacting you shortly to have my home’s a/c inspected and start a service contract and I will definitely recommend Benfatti at every opportunity. Thanks!

There are a few things that HAVE TO WORK and air conditioning in southeast louisiana is one of them. Benfatti showed up on time and did the work for the price quoted. The guy was very personable and explained what he was doing in terms that I could understand. Professional service at a reasonable price.

They have always been professional. Since day one when the gentleman came to give me a quote to the install to the up keep with the maintenance. If I have questions they always answer it for me and they go above and beyond. 10 stars ⭐️ If I could give more I would.

Sean and Jacob did an absolutely amazing job replacing my VERY old AC and Furnace! My old system was so loud it would actually scare my dog into her kennel and now she barely bats an eyelid. The installation process was quick and the results were awesome. What was a tangled mess of wires is now clean and organized. They took the time to make sure the job was done right.

We had a new Trane system put in our house. These guy, Nick and Robert from Benfatti, did a great job. They were on time, professional, they kept my informed about everything, they went over the unit controls and cleaned up. Even my dog like them which is rare!!

I’ve held a maintenance contract with Benfatti’s since July 2016. I continue my maintenance contract with them because they continue to be reliable and thorough. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so.

Had problem with my ac ...called Benfatti and they sent Scott out that same afternoon. He found the problem and we discussed that a part would have to be replaced. However Scott climbed up in that awful hot attic and managed to get it working enough for us to cool down until the new part comes in. Benfatti offers excellent service; they are very courteous and extremely efficient.
I highly recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning and heating services. They are totally dependable!

I received a text with a picture of the technician before the appointment so I wasn’t surprised. The technician Scott was very professional & knowledgeable. He made great recommendations to make my ac run better. I will definitely use Benfatti’s AC again.
