Benfatti A/C and Heating is a Great Company! Great Service! Our A/C repair appointment was scheduled shortly after we called. Scott, our Comfort Specialist, was on time, neatly dressed and was so pleasant and professional. He went through every detail of repairs required and showed us every part that needed to be replaced and explained why. We are very satisfied with Benfatti A/C and Heating and will definitely use them again!

Absolutely fabulous service! Right after the hurricane and power came back, I was running the AC and noticed I had a plugged drain line which caused water to overflow onto my wood floor. Called them and they had a service tech (Scott) out that day. Fixed the problem and checked out my whole system. Can't say enough what an excellent professional company they are!

Dylan was professional, responsive and quick. He determined the problem, went to get the part and fixed heater!

Brian did a good job of diagnosing problems left behind by another company, that starts with S. He could have easily stuck me for the price of cleaning two systems, but said they did not need cleaning at the time. He explained things on a level I could understand and seems to like educating others about his profession. The price for the work he performed was fair and reasonable.

Quick and cordial estimate process. Answered all my questions and helped steer me towards a unit that would fit my needs. Showed up promptly in time for the installation time and finished quicker than expected. Unit works very well so far for the garage workshop I had them install it in and is doing a great job cooling the space down. Much easier for me to now spend time out in my garage during the summer heat.

Amazing service! I was in a bind and I was sweating bullets. My A/C just went out at the hottest part of the day, on a Friday right before quitting time, no one else even picked up the phone or they said being so late in the day they couldn’t see me till tomorrow or Monday so I called Benfatti they made room for me and they were here in less than an hour! The detailed work that this tech did was truly kind; he went above and beyond what he needed to do. Thank you Geramy and Thank you Benfatti for caring because sweating like that at the end of July at 3:00 was truly terrible. I will always be a patron.

This was a great experience Matt was A1 with his work and personality he was clean and respectful as well he gave great information and did great work. I was not sure who or what company to go with to get my hvac work done but this company is the truth I would recommend any day..

Scott was on time and hard working when he came to inspect our unit. I am eager to learn and he took the time to explain everything he was checking and how. I highly recommend Benfatti and will use them again. Great service for a great price.
