I was very pleased with the service. The service man showed up quickly and was very knowledgeable. He performed the repair in a very timely manner and gave me very helpful information about the problem and how to prevent it in the future by installing a surge protector and signing up for the maintenance plan offered by Benfatti.

A+++ I was able to make a same day appointment to get my a/c serviced. The company sent a text which included the technician's name and picture before my appointment. Creed was prompt and did a great job. Prices were very fair. I will use them again.

We had our A/C installed 9 years ago & stopped paying for the maintenance agreement because it felt like they came out just to tell us the unit was working properly. Well after so long we had to call for service because our unit was clogged up with build up that we couldn’t clean out ourselves.The unit was cleaned & we reinstated our maintenance. A week later when they came for the first routine maintenance visit to check the heat the clog was already back. Matt was in our attic for almost 2 hours getting everything draining as it should before he ever started to check our heating. At the end of what I was panicking to be an expensive visit, I was shocked to find it was all part of what they were there to do. I was given a estimate for recommended future work but nothing that needed our immediate attention. Now I understand why the maintenance agreement & upkeep is so important.

My AC went out. The cost of repairs was going to be high and I was told that it'll be a short term fix. I would have to replace the unit in the near future. I choose to replace the entire system instead of fixing what I had. They were on time and completed the job as planned. The guys were very professional. I felt comfortable with them in my home. I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan. I'm very happy with the service and my purchase. These guys are wonderful. I look forward to seeing them for the first maintenance check up.
