I was kept informed every step of the way. Texts were sent advising when, and whom would be arriving. Oh, with pictures of the tech!Everything was explained, detailed estimates were given, service people texted when on their way, and they even protected my carpet and flooring.
Not sure when a new A/C unit would be available, Benfatti brought out 3 window units and installed promptly.

We have had great service with all the technicians. Our only wish is that they would address our issue with replacing the filter in the system. We paid TOP dollar for this system. The repair for this issue should be included since it’s an installation issue.
