I was impressed before they even showed up to replace my AC unit. I received an email of what to expect the day of install. When I receive that I thought well that's pretty cool of them. Morning of the install I got a picture via text of the technician who would be in doing the install. And I thought wow how cool is that. They've really got their stuff together. Customer service was incredible. The responsiveness of the team was on point. And I will use them over and over again. 100% satisfied.

Benfatti provides quick, professional service for all HVAC problems. Their prices, however, are just not competitive. You can find better value elsewhere.

We had a new Trane system installed in our house. Sean was the lead installation technician and was very professional, polite, and answered all my questions during the installation. The technicians took great care to be clean and respectful of my home, which was very appreciated. After the installation was complete, they went over the unit controls and cleaned up thoroughly.

Last year at this time, I called Benfatti becasue my AC wasn't working. They came out very quickly and determined that I needed a whole new unit, which wasn't unexpected. They couldn't get to to it right away but they REALLY took care of me by bringing in and installing window units. The install went as expected and everything worked fine - until today. The unit just stopped working! But... They sent someone out within an hour of the call and the problem is not with the unit but is electrical in nature. The technician sensed my anxiety over the situation and was very kind. He wasn't able to fix it, but showed great empathy for me which made me feel better even though it was not fixed.

Benfatti has visited us many times as we dealt with multiple a/c issues. Their scheduling was always fast and courteous. Their staff was courteous and professional at all times. The work was definitely professional grade and they left our home neat and tidy when they were done.
We're very satisfied with the work they performed and will continue to use them for all of our future needs.
