One Call Inc. Electrical/ HVAC/Plumbing

Was remodeling bath and had to remove the toilet to remove and install new flooring…they were responsive and charged me $75 to remove it. Then about 10 days later they came to install a toilet I purchased and were there about 45 minutes and charged $425. When questioned they said the GPS showed them to be at my house 2 hours. I was home for the whole time and if it was 2 hours they took an hour and 15 minute break in my drive…when questioned about the extreme difference in calls she said she would ck with billing and never heard back. Would never use them again as other plumbers said the two calls would have totaled about $250.

Mr. John is a hard working buisness owner. He was able to squeeze me in the same week I called. He knew how important it was to get the repairs completed and open my Hair Studio in slidell. However, the price I was quoted the first time was not the price I was billed for. It was MORE THAN DOUBLED. I wasn't very happy. I paid it. But it would have been nice to know ahead of time that I was gonna be charged OVER $3000.00 TO install a 40 gallon hot water tank and cut 3 holes in the bathroom wal and NOT cover the holes back up the way they found it. THEN ASK ME if I want my toilet put back or leave it in the middle of my waiting area.....

Came to repair stopped up toilet! Wasn't stopped up. Mane line to building was plugged. Technition was here 15 minutes. Complex came and fixed problems and tech put on bill he repaired it. Sent me a bill for 200 dollars. I called the office to explain he didn't do what he said and she basically said go f@#k myself. Didn't pay bill so they sent it to collections . Now it's on my credit report. Don't use this piece of s##t company.

Our A/C unit went out and we needed someone fast to fix it. We called the office, someone was there the next morning. We had to replace the inside handler. Gave price, got equipment and was there the next day. Offered reasonable financing if need. John and his staff were amazing, professional, and caring. Karen in their office has been wonderful. Highly recommend.

One Call technicians are great. I have had HVAC , Electrical and major Plumbing problems.... and I have been very satisfied with the outcome of every job!!! I live in the greater NOLA area, but I always call "One Call" from the "Northshore" to service my home! Whenever I call to make an appointment for service, their appointment secretary can usually get me in the same day! John and his techs are professional , knowledgeable , customer friendly and truly care about their customers.

BEWARE. Go elsewhere or get it in writing. We called John replace a well pump. Our pump was working but not properly. The job took an hour but he charged us for 2 people for 2 hours. LIE!!!!! And it certainly doesn't take two people to replace a well pump to start with. He didn't know what he was doing as he didn't plumb in a fitting to prime the pump. He also didn't have tools he needed when he showed up. In the end he ending up charging us nearly double for the cost of the pump, crazy inflated prices for PVC misc items, 45% for overhead, and 20% for Profit. $1500 for an hours work and a $350 well pump. This company is dishonest and will rape an unsuspecting customer. In the end the pump didn't have good pressure and we will have to get it redone. We tried to negotiate the bill to a reasonable amount and John is unwilling to be reasonable. He also took our old pump that was running..... we had to call and demand he bring it back since it was not his property.

John have done many jobs at my home but the one I'm still mad is that we pay for a 4 ton ac unit and years ago we noticed he put a 3tons. We've being very patient and waiting for him to fix that problem and always has excuses to not fix this issue. Our electricity bill in summer have been very high and if he doesn't fix it, I think we'll have to go to small claims.

John and his team redid our entire existing AC system in our home a few years ago. Since then, we have had our unit maintained by John, and I have to say, having worked for a big company that does work of this kind, it is very rare to work directly with someone who completely understands how things work inside and out. Any time an issue has come up (we had a power surge fry some elements of our unit), John has been able to find the cause and fix the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Fast and professional! I had an electrical issue that halted an appliance install. The electrician came out the same day I called, and was on time. The repair was fast and completed with care. The technician explained everything thru each step of the repair. Highly recommend!

Washer drain pipe was clogged. One Call Service reps came out and fixed the problem. Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend their service.
