Technician ( Robin ) was on time and very thorough with the changing of our coil. Answered all of our questions. Personable.Efficient. Kept work area clean.

I called Friday at 3pm ~ there were here by 6 and my ac was fixed by 7. The tech, George was knowledgeable, professional and very kind. I will be using them always and recommend them highly.

Called them on a Saturday at 1.00 pm and they arrived in 30 mins, diagnosed and replaced the capacitor in 20 minutes. Great experience.

I called because AC was not cooling. I was told a short caused the capacitor to blow and short out the compressor. I came home looked at it myself. I stripped the wire back and reconnected it to the contactor. Started the system and its cooling just fine. No parts needed.

Gowland's came to the rescue after my 2-year old garage Daikin Heat Pump started having multiple issues. The installing contractor abandoned me after two visits, and wouldn't return my calls.
Glad to have found Gowland's, and their friendly technicians. They got the inside unit replaced under warranty and made the repair in one day. Now running perfectly and draining condensate water (outside)for the first time! Would definitely recommend Gowland's!
