The crew at Benfatti are all exceptional. Every member of their company I've spoken to is professional and helpful. We had a full A/C unit (inside and out) installed a year ago and, it's not cheap, but it's almost paying for itself with the amount of energy it's saving. Plus they have free financing which I am very grateful for. I highly recommend them and their products. You really get what you pay for!

I had a great experience. Tech arrived promptly at scheduled time. Scott the tech was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and I asked many. He was courteous and respectful of my home. The service was excellent in all respects and I will use them again in the future and will recommend them to my friends.

Matt showed up same day and on time - once he took a look at everything he then helped us get set up with Cory the next day and even made sure we had window units to keep us cooled down while our a/c was out. Cory came by the next business day did a full assessment - went over all options with my husband and I - he was very patient , thorough and professional. Sean and his crew came by for a two day job - each day they were on time , very professional and respectful, went above and beyond , kept work spaced very clean - I cant thank your team enough for the outstanding job

I have seen them working at my neighbor's house and he spoke very highly of their work. When I had a total system failure I knew who I was going to call. Needed basically everything replaced and had some updates performed since they were here. 100% professional company/workers. Arrived early. (How often does that happen) Walked me through every step of the process. Explained in detail what work will be done. After two days of work they left my house looking totally spotless as if they were never here. Warm weather will be here in two days so I will get to test out the new AC and the updated duct work that was done. As of now I am completely satisfied.

Very impressed with Benfatti and would highly recommend. They had availability to come same day as I called, however I was unable to be home at that time. They came first thing the next morning (scheduled between 8-10). At 8:20, I received a text that Matt was on his way, along with his picture. He arrived about 10 minutes later. I described my issue and he knew what the issue was immediately. He had the necessary parts on his truck and quoted me the repair price, which was very reasonable. He made the repair in about 30 minutes. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I will definitely use Benfatti in the future.
