Thieves!! We go to court to settle a dispute. They never performed the work they charged me for. I didn’t pay. So they took me to small claims court. I attempted to settle with a check, sense amount was so small ($225)’ and didn’t want the hassle. They refused the settlement, directly in front of the judge. After we left court, (obviously they didn’t feel it went well), they ran to bank and cashed my check. No judgement had been rendered!, This is theft. How can a company be so petty over $225. If they will steal $225 from you, it should make you wonder how ethical, financially secure, and qualified they are to work on your home.

Everyone was very nice and responsive. Pricing was reasonable. The installation guys were great! Will use for other services.

We have used them for 40 years. When we moved to Louisville, we still use them. Service is always great, they're on time, and never disappoint.

Had trusted that company for years until caught them telling me something that was not true. Was told if my air conditioner leaked freeon that it was required by law to replace it. I got on a HAVAC forum and naively stated what I was told. I had gotten on that forum for help in choosing which brand of air conditioning was good. The men on that forum told me unless I owned a high rise, that that particular law would not apply to a homeowner. I called them and confronted them. I felt so betrayed. I now use portable air conditioners and love them.

Kinser & Kinser installed HVAC when I built my home 20 years ago. They have always taken care of my heating/air & will continue to be who I call for all my HVAC needs.

I guess u are leaving some things out as well. 1). You guys sued for work performed yet at court it is now for a service call? 2). You guys came out in november and didn’t send me an invoice until February. 3). I offered to settle and walk away not once but twice. Once with a check dropped by ur office and once at the court before the hearing. I was trying to be reasonable. You or your employee refused settlement. That makes that check no good. Yet you still went and cashed it, knowingly that you all refused settlement. Please explain how that is not theft?

I wish the serviceman would have been more informative and left a brochure for the humidifier.
He did a wonderful job installing.

Called at like 11:30 pm, got a call back by 12:30 am, he arrived about 1:30 am, found the issue. Came back in the morning and fixed it completely. I can't say that I could have found the issue let alone fix it too. The charge was a little high, but for weekend service one would expect to pay a premium. BUT...Tim fixed the problem and we could use our toilets again. Could not be happier than that!

Tyler had our system up and running quickly. He was professional, efficient and timely. Thank you for excellent service!

This review is long over due but I had kinser and kinser install a minisplit system in my garage about a month and a half ago and it is absolutely amazing. The service was great and so is the product!
