Years ago called to have clogged drain fixed. The tech stole my engagement ring. I had forgotten it was soaking in the bathroom in a plastic cup. He took the cup and all. And ... He didn't fix the clog either. I thought you all had gone out of business.

Kinser has been taking of our HVAC and plumbing needs since we moved to LaGrange three years ago, so when my AC went out on a 90 degree day a few weeks ago I called them ASAP. Their consultant Ed was at my house early the next day and quoted a new AC unit. Since my furnace was 24 years old, I had him quote replacing that too. It was a good price so we pulled the trigger on both.
They immediately mobilized the manpower to get started on the installation that same day. Two technicians were at my house soon and hustled all day getting both Trane units installed. Both were very courteous and knowledgeable. Tyler even worked late to finish the job and reprogram my thermostat so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced the next day. They left my house clean, tidy and cool! I highly recommend these guys.

I've used K&K for just over 2 years now at the recommendation of a neighbor when we moved in. I'm a curious person of many questions and am regularly asking for explanation about certain things and the techs are always willing to thoroughly explain and/or check out my concerns. When we built our house 12 years ago, they installed our heating & air. Whenever we have experienced a problem they have always taken care of it in a timely manner and it's usually on a weekend or holiday and they come right out even then. I totally recommend them!

Had a service tech out to trouble shoot an issue with my furnace. After a full assessment of the unit, it was determined that 2 issues I had with the unit was from the original install company (not Kinser) from 2015. Kinser made the adjustments and my system is working great.

Gabe and Adam installed a new system for me. They came went right to work protecting my floors, even the pictures on the walls. It is an attic unit and when they were finished out everything back could not even tell they has been there except I had a new heating and cooling system. Then about one month later, I got the electric bill. Now I can tell I have an energy efficient system
